I find sales people straightforward and honest, not sugary sweet and slick. Fair prices and willing to negotiate from there. Nice people not pushy. I usually buy new but this top-of-the-line Toyota was in like new shape. Tony Jones great salesman. Did everything asked. Tanner sets the standards and keeps us coming back. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased there. Inconvenient location for us but we come anyway. No affiliation.
