Great service...good experience with the new owner of MB
I am very happy with my 2015 GL 550, it is my second GL 550 I have purchased from Bend Mercedes dealership. I was given a nice new loaner suv, which really made life easy that day. Service was completed in a professional and timely manner. And GL was returned with a complete outside and interior cleaning.
Everyone here was very friendly and demonstrated concern for my comfort and happiness. Wonderful place to have your car serviced!

Jennifer and the Mercedes of Bend team are in a class of their own. From excellent customer service, high levels of open communication and attention to what I wanted. They were more interested in getting me into what I wanted than pushing their inventory. A real gem of a team over there. It made buying feel more enjoyable and less like a hassle. They even brought me the paperwork to my office (to save me time). Great customer service and a great dealership.
