I was in a negative equity situation with my BMW with no warranties. Concerned about potential upcoming expensive repairs, I contacted David Joseph to see what he could do for me. He was able to get me out of my BMW and into a CLA with minimal increase in monthly payment. I was amazed. I love the car and the peace of mind of being fully covered and no more negative equity. He is truly professional and went above and beyond in experience and satisfaction.

EXCELLENT parts and service departments!!! They actually care about the customers and the vehicles. They wouldn't let the car out of the garage until it was absolutely perfect! this is what a Mercedes dealership should be like!
