4 wheel alignment. Jeff Thrush looked over the tires thoroughly with me before my car went to the shop.All went well ...work was done quickly and I was back in the car and on my way.

I understand today's market in vehicle repairs and how expensive it can be to run this type of business, and I understand the continuing years and years of reputable quality of the Mercedes Benz name and brand, and being a mechanic myself, I've saved up to $1,000 in performing a brake pad and rotor replacement myself without a hitch to my 2005 E 320 SBC. Repairs are, in just my own personal opinion, way too expensive, however, the total overall service I received for my self and 'Cedella' go way far beyond exceeding my expectations of customer service from Mercedes-Benz Palm Springs and I will never ever not utilize them in my future as an owner of an impeccable automobile. In the future as long as I am a resident of the area and if I choose to purchase a current gorgeous C, E, or S Class from Mercedes-Benz, I will choose MB-PS. Thank you!
