I recently bought my GLC300 from this place. Since this place was closest to my home and I preferred to get my car here, I decided to go to MB of San Diego after I did my study and checked few other places for a quote. The day I walked in, Duke helped me with it. He was very straight forward, professional, very quick and did not give me a hard sell. He patiently found the car I wanted with all the details I asked for and did not try to push me in buying something else. I took him back and forth to the lot and his table almost 10 times and he was OK with it. And as soon as I found my car, he prepared the paperwork and had me drive out of the door in 30 minutes. Thanks Duke.

It is with great pleasure to write this letter in reference to my previous customer experience at the Mercedes-Benz of San Diego dealership. Las week, I took the liberty to show up to your dealership with wanting to see what vehicles are most suitable for my family. That is when I met Duke Truong. He approached me with great professionalism and really took the time to understand what my needs were in looking to purchase a new car, benefits, features, budget, etc. We evaluated multiple cars at multiple dealerships, and I made sure he was aware of that as we were not only looking for a good deal (which we all do), but we were looking for pure loyal customer support as a quality trusted advisor salesman - Duke accomplished that. We browsed through different vehicles within our budget and he walked us through the specs, measurements, comparisons, features, technology with what we currently had vs what we were evaluating, prices, budget comparisons...you name it. Duke put the time and effort into spending time with us during the buying/evaluation process, and provided true customer loyalty service. I am a big proponent of service, I run a multi-million dollar organization myself and value every bit of it... Not only did we buy the vehicle because we were able to meet our expectations (even though we went a tad over budget, but are happy with the decision), but Duke made us comfortable during this entire process from the first introduction to the close of the sale, and has already provided tremendous follow up and support to ensure satisfaction in the vehicle we purchased. Thank you for having him part of your team, showed extreme knowledge, a true solid asset to your organization, and complimented with the enjoyment he provided to the entire sales process, that made us feel extremely comfortable. I look forward to staying in touch with him periodically with my experience of the vehicles or any issues (hopefully not) in addition to standard maintenance procedures (oil, rotation, etc.), and most of all referrals. Thank you for allowing this experience come to solid fruition.

Our Sales Consultant Duke Truong was very patient as my wife and I are extremely picky. We drove a few models that day but the model we wanted was not on that lot. However, Duke left the dealership and got the model we wanted from another lot. At this point, he did not know how serious we were as buyers but he accommodated us anyway. After during the buying process, he got us a great deal and even matched our financing. Overall I was extremely pleased with this Dealership and with Duke Truong.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! Duke was very knowledgeable about the cars, really easy to work with, and very kind and thoughtful. He wasn't pushy at all and understood exactly what we were looking for in the car and experience we wanted to have. We had a horrible car buying experience previously with another brand, so everyone at Mercedes-Benz of San Diego made sure to make this experience as pleasant and easy as possible. It had been a couple weeks since we were first in and during those couple of weeks, we received follow up calls, but they weren't aggressive at all. When coming back in to make the purchase, it didn't take long to make a deal with Duke and work with finance. Gemma was so friendly and took time to correct & explain things to us. I also really appreciated the full walk through of the car. All in all, a really easy, pleasant, and quick car buying experience! We will definitely be back and will recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Diego to anyone looking for a luxury car! Be sure to ask for Duke and he will take care of you!

I love love LOVE my new benz! Everyone at MBSD were extremely friendly and helpful! My salesman was Joey Becker, and he sat with me for atleast an hour showing me every feature on my new car, answering any questions that I may have! Easy- going, top notch car buying experience, will absolutely reccomend this dealership to all my friends!

So appreciative that Joey Becker was able to help me pick out my new car at this dealership! He is extremely genuine and helpful, going out of his was to help me! Joey drove the car I was interested in to my house so I could make my final decision, purchased it that day! You cant beat the safety feautures on a Mercedes benz and thats exactly what I was lookng for! A+ experience!

When shopping for a new car it's not only the car, it's the sales person and their professionalism that drives the customer in and also brings them back. Joey Becker is that sales person, he has the drive to work hard and come up with a financial plan that leaves the customer satisfied. He continues to answer all my questions even after the sale of the car. I am so pleased to have met Joey Becker he is a man of integrity. Thanks MBSD I had a fantastic experience I will be back and I won't hesitate to put in a good word.

In April of 2015 I purchased a car at Mercedes Benz Of San Diego..This was the first time I purchased one from this dealer. I also own a E 320 and a E 550 and have had all cars serviced at this dealership, for 19 years so I'm no stranger there. I've tried to buy car at MBSD, but each time I couldn't get anyone to help me in there lot. Usually this was done when I've dropped of a car for service. (You know the look 0 dark hundred and grab some sweats to drive the car in and hope you don't run into someone you know ) So now it's time for a new vehicle and I give SDMB another chance... This was my lucky day because my husband and met Joey Becker. No attitude just a down to earth young men with so much class and integrity we were shocked.. The car I wanted was not on their lot and not once did he want me to just settle with what they had there. He researched and found the vehicle and had it shipped to the dealership. He is a rare gem in sales department more people at that dealership should take his lead!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to commend Duke. He did a very good service. From test driving through all the features of the car, he generally explained how good Mercedes-Benz is. We showed up on Dec 18th and were graciously greeted by Duke Troung. We were interested in leasing, we had a trade in with us. Duke was helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, fun, professional, and most importantly never pushy at any time during the car process. Duke took amazing care of us, we felt as if he was a partner in helping us decide which model and option package would be best. We decided on a C300 and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend anyone who's interested in leasing or purchasing a Mercedes to Duke Troung.

I went to the Mercedes Benz of San Diego a couple of weeks ago and came out with a 2016 CLA250 which I totally love. I was debating on going because I hate being at dealerships for hours but Duke was so helpful in explaining the different features of the cars I was interesting in buying. I was able to pick out my car right away. He knew exactly what I wanted. When it was time for the paperwork he worked as fast as he could to get me out of there. He even offered for me to go back another time so he can show me more features on my car. I recommend this dealership to everyone! I'm extremely happy with my car and the dealers customer service!
