Just bought a certified pre-owned MB E550 from Forrest Knight. I bought it over the internet as it was the only one in the country that was exactly what I wanted. Everything went super smoothly and he was very attentive to details and quick to respond to any questions. I'd never bought a car by long distance before but the car arrived last night and it was absolutely perfect. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended!

After spending an afternoon searching for my dream car I found it at Mercedes-Benz St. Louis on Hampton. I was greeted by Chelsea who went out of her way to ensure I had a great experience. After a few test drives I found it 2016 E400 4 matic I really enjoy it. The service was and has been really great there! Chelsea is great with following up with me since my purchase and Todd in service is great to work with too..thanks for all you guys do!

I inquired about an SL550 at Mercedes Benz of St Louis and immediately received a reply from Todd Albrecht, who provided the most detailed, focused and helpful reply I could have imagined. He not only answered the specific questions I posed, but went above and beyond to provide additional information I had not yet thought to ask but would want to know. He then documented the condition of the vehicle with a personalized audio/video clip. Normally I would wait until the vehicle was purchased and delivered to write such a review, but for those of you looking for someone who will truly earn your business and make your search for a Mercedes more efficient, I would highly recommend you contact Todd Albrecht.

Long story short. Bought 2007 clk550 amg 4 years ago from brother in laws estate.(original owner). About 80k miles on it and I have only put on an additional 6 k miles. 2-3 inch pile of service records from these guys when they were in Ellisville. Since I've had the car I've had one or two services at Plaza, Nothing major. Thought I'd try them now that they're on Hampton. Great service rep. Great service shop manager. But I spent just shy of $1k to have de laminating radio replaced Not exactly a wear item and well documented problem for this vehicle. I asked for some partial offset or consideration. Parts manager acted like since I wasn't a "loyal" customer I could take a flying hike. How much service could you expect in 6k mile? I do my own maintenance to the extent I can. MB customer care got involved and with dealer stated they would refund $300. Great I thought. That helps. $100/year radio to keep it stock assuming similar performance... Well. That was in November. Now getting to end of January. Nothing. Go figure right? I'd shop around based on this experience. Sorry to submit this because this business seems to want to be first rate.

I just leased a new car at Mercedes St. Louis. I had the pleasure of working with Kendra Tunstall. We had a quick phone conversation where she asked what I was looking for and then she had everything ready to go when I stopped in the dealership. That made the entire process super easy and fast. The whole process took, like maybe an hour and that included the test drive. This was the fastest and easiest car buying process I have encountered. I love my new car, but cannot wait to get another one. I appreciate the help from Kendra and her sales manager.

I watched this dealership be built and couldn't wait for the city to get a Luxury Dealership. I took my vehicle in for service and the facility is amazing. It is a piece of art. I must say the staff matched the building. Everyone was helpful and seemed to be happy being a work. I had to get a service loaner bc of the repairs I needed on my vehicle but my vehicle was checked in and I was on my way. Thanks MBSTL for making my service experience a pleasant one.

I was referred to Dorothy by my co-worker. This was my first time exploring the idea of buying a luxury vehicle. After meeting Dorothy she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She talked to me about Financing vs. Leasing and the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. I was surprised by all of the options that were available to me. I left with a leased 2015 ML350. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable Mercedes were. I am extremely happy with my purchase and looking forward to continuing being apart of the MB family.
