If you need a car, this is the dealer for great service with a friendly staff. I have traveled to various dealers around southeast Georgia. These people were down to earth and respectful. I got the car I wanted with a great price too.

Michael Burch Jr. in the service department was a great help when I wrecked my Nissan Altima! He pointed me in the right direction and was very kind while doing so!

I came in to get my truck worked on in the service department and was welcomed by Corey Waters. He set me up with one of his techs to address the issue on hand. While waiting for the repair had the chance to look around at the New inventory they had and was greeted by a sales professional by the name of Bart Duncan. Needless to say I ended up buy a brand new truck at a great price and was treated like a king. Even if your not in the market for a new ride give this dealer a chance to earn your business. Like they say " Stop the search call Mike Burch."

Awful customer service in service department

Have taken 3 different vehicles to them since Burch bought out Waters. I should have learned lesson after first but location was convenient. Was told husbands truck could not be aligned without paying $700+ for some part..took truck to 2 mechanics said was not necessary and one of them aligned it no problem. Took car in and still waiting... and waiting..and waiting. Service guy..Burch's son I later found out..very arrogant and not at all interested in his job. Will NEVER take another vehicle to them and will pass on word to everyone I see.

Sales Manager, Timmy Rozier failed to fulfill his promise to provide the second key for a used 2008 Taurus Limited we purchased for my fiance. On two separate calls he said he'd contact me regarding the key and failed both times to say whether we will get the key or that it may even be unavailable. The first indicator to walk was that the salesman, Cass, who was great to work with, met my initial price, but the manager, Tim Rozier disallowed and changed the sale price. The mistake I made was bringing my fiance..., for she really wanted the car so I did the deal for a little more than my offer. Found a few days later that Cass no longer worked there when I called to inquire and indicate we hadn't received the key in the mail yet. This dealer probably doesn't need my business but I certainly don't need them either, all things considered. In my experience, this is just another sales-driven dealership who is somewhat short on integrity of service for everyone.

Didnt expect much,but was very surprised at the help

`I bought a truck at another dealership,i had problems with this truck from day one,after two months of taking this truck back and forth for repairs,i asked them about trading they was not interested,so i called mike burch ford in blackshear georgia,i talked to leon reese,he said bring it over and see what we can do,from the time i got there these people was on it trying to help me every way they could,to get me in another vehicle,they set me up with summer walker to do the paperwork she tried every way to get my payment down and the sales manager even helped,summer even called the bank rep to see what he could do,the only thing is i didnt get my esp papers and refunds on other truck but they are supposed to be mailing those to me we will see but over all a good experience at blackshear... so if you need or want a new vehicle go to blackshear they will treat you like they want business!!!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!!!!

Terrible service at this dealership and no one gets back in touch with you. I worked out a deal with Brett and got contacted by another dealer saying the car was unavailable because another customer was coming to look at it. Very unprofessional dealership.

Great customer service. Sammy has great customer service, not pushy or any of the other things that many salesman do. He even worked late to help us find what we wanted. Wondrefuel place to do business. Thanks!
