Lee was very honest and wanted to make sure I picked the right vehicle. He wasn't pushy or trying to force me to walk out with a vehicle. He verified all the available vehicles in the area to make sure all the features and color I wanted. Highly recommend.
I went to Miller Ford to get an F-150 after using another local Ford Dealer for my prior Ford. I absoletly will be coming back to Miller again. I dealt with Lee Goldinger who was honest, personalable, and straight with you. Lee talks to you not like your just some customer he wants to get credit for selling a car, he talks to you a friend. His honest opinions and hard work for you are why I'm coming back! I've already had three friends come and visit him for their cars also!
Have brought my Lincoln in for Saturday services this year and the last three times was turned away. They are constantly making their potential customers feel awkward in asking for services when they are busy. (How about no eye contact for over 5 minutes)! Rudeness is paramount, a parts desk that will not answer their Saturday calls live, and service advisors who should be on a Saturday Night Live act.Truly a bad experience for simple oil changes when the sales department is pretty good. Sorry Miller Group, you should consider getting your act together in Lumberton. ( I really want you to better yourself there). It usually can be corrected with great leadership reassigned to your shop. I have migrated back to Holman Enterprises since they are spectacular for service.
Lincoln Ford was a good place to go for cars - We dealt with Bobby Hall. He was so nice and easy to deal with. He worked with my husband to get the truck that we wanted. I would come back here again :)
My sales person R. Bobby Hall was awesome. His cheerful and friendly way and willingness to do what ever it took to help with my purchase made it the best car buying experience so far. It's important to me that I not be pressured to buy a car I can't afford or don't want and Mr Hall let me tell him what was right for me and what I needed. The other staff members were friendly and helpful also.
The purchase of my new Ford Expedition Platinum was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lee was great to work with. No pressure sales person. Answered all my questions or had someone else help if he couldn't. Would absolutely work with him again if I had a chance. The reat of the sales staff was friendly ablnd helpful as well
Keith is the BEST to work with when buying a car. I had just flown back from overseas and decided to buy a vehicle. I live out of state and my knowledge on vehicles in general is minimal. Keith took great care in the entire process. He made sure I understood every step and gave me the pros and cons to weigh out every vehicle I was interested in. He didn't try to cheat me or force any decision. I've never met a salesman so patient! Keith waited on the phone for almost 2 HOURS with me and USAA to make sure I got what I wanted.
