James did an outstanding job. Our visit was for an oil change for my wife's 2015 Mini Cooper S convertible. We waited in the lounge, had snacks, watched TV, and we also had a nice visit with Ben Webb, our sales associate (who we believe also did an outstanding job when we purchased our vehicle). It took less than one hour for our vehicle to be serviced, and the work was done to our satisfaction (and our vehicle came back nice and clean). We highly recommend Mini of Mt Laurel NJ to our family and friends!

HORRIBLE! Worst dealership I ever encountered.

Turned in my leased vehicle and am being charged over $1,200!!! Excess wear and tear, mechanical problems and tires??? This car is immaculate! There is hardly any sign of any wear and tear unless they took a hammer to the car after I turned it in! Outside has a few tiny little stone marks on the front due to the lousy design of the front portion of the car that is too round and low. Anything on the highway will hit this front end. One little door ding on the passenger side about a quarter of an inch long. Had a $400 stripe job done on the car which will elevate the selling price. Inside is immaculate. Looks brand new. Brake light comes on even when you aren't even close to needing them! I had them checked by Mr. Tire and was told the brakes were fine and did not need repair. They didn't once squeak and worked very well (for a Mini) Could not get the light to turn off. Just another way they suck money out of your pockets. Maintenance lights come on way before they need to. Clever, Mini. clever. Lights come on early, you bring it in to a Mini dealer and they don't tell you and perform the work and charge you for it. They want to charge me for 4 new tires because one of them is not the same make as the others! I tried to get the same tire but it wasn't available and I needed the tire that evening since the other one was flat. What are you supposed to do? You need one tire so you say to the Tire person, well, give me four because Mini demands it?? Really?? The car is like driving a toy. It is not well built and if you get hit you are probably dead. I don't care how many air bags it has, this thing is too small. It seems like fun in the beginning but that wears off real quick and you wish you bought something else. Be wary of the disposition fee, they WILL charge you for it when most dealers waive it even if you do not buy from them. I have turned in MANY cars off a lease. I have never, ever been charged a penny. Also, be wary of the tire tread on the tires they give you. Supposed to last 60000-80000 miles but when you take the car back with only 44000 miles on it, they tell you to replace them. Isn't that a problem they should take up with the tire maker? Why am I paying for new tires when they are supposed to last so much longer? DO NOT buy from Mini of Mt. Laurel. If you really want a Mini, go to another dealer. I am about to fight them about all this with my Attorney. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Expectations exceeded!

Long story short, I discovered a small oil leak on my 2013 JCW GP while performing an oil change in my own garage, and I wanted to make sure that it was addressed ASAP. Other Mini dealers in the area were unable to either accomodate my schedule or get me in on such short notice, however, the fine folks at Mini of Mt. Laurel were not only able to get me in, but they also were able to take care of a minor hatch rattle, and they replaced my cabin filter and performed a brake fluid flush as well. I was in and out in an hour and a half, which blew my expectations completely out of the water. Now that's how you do service. Well done!

Mike Perno is a personable and accommodating professional. I did not purchase my car here (only because they couldn't locate it) but I will definitely travel the one hour to service here going forward. I had quite a few questions and Mike was able to answer all of them in straight up, credible way. Car finished sooner than committed time. Thank you for an excellent experience, Mike!

March 24, 2012 I bought a used 05 MINI Convertible from Lenihan Motors, since they were the only one who happened to have one of these used cars. After leaving there, I went right to MINI of MT. Laurel to ask a few questions about the car I purchased the day before. Kathy , who is the service manager sent me to see Jay in parts since I had lots of questions about my car and also to find out about a windscreen. She and Jay were very very polite and knowledgeable. They had the windscreen in stock and Jay popped it on my car. It really works. Every MINI should come with it. It wasn't cheap ($490) but very necessary unless you want to be blown all over the place in the cabin whether the top is up or down. LOL. I also asked them different service questions and Jay answered all of them. I will use them for all my service and warranty repairs since I purchased the "Continental" extended warranty for 24 months. The dealership even had one of those food trucks outside and they were offering free pretzels, pastries and soda to celebrate Easter. They even had a 6 ft. Easter Bunny inside walking around and talking to the customers. This is what I call a "Class A" dealership. The Holman Family of dealerships are top notch and they should be proud of all their staff. Gordon P. Lief Delanco,N.J. 08075

Great people, Great experience. Drove from Baltimore to purchase a pre-owned car. Why would anyone drive 2+ hours each way to buy a used car? Because of the great people at this store.
