Ask for ANGELA. She was very helpful. Wasn't pushy, didn't felt pressure, the car had minor defects but she took care of it for me. Drove an hour and half away and she made it worth it. I would recommend Angela to anyone who does find a car that they like at this dealership. She is currently looking at another car for me and I can't wait till she does finds it if I don't find it first. ANGELA is your best friend there. Highly grateful for a first time buying experience. Thanks Angela.

I've stop by on more than once in the last year to buy parts. Every time I've been in there the service and parts department have been very rude and disrespectful so for now on I will take by business else where and I have been looking into buying a new truck but I'll do that somewhere to.

Angela Rotenizer was AWESOME!!! In fact she did such a good job we left with two vehicles. We didn't arrive at the dealership until 5:30 (30 minutes before she was supposed to get off) and didn't leave until after 10. Angela stayed with us the entire time even with our attempts to have her go home. She was very professional and courteous and made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our wait to sign the finance paper work. When we did make it to the finance office Nathan Edwards was great too. He had all our paperwork ready so when we walked in to his office all we had to do was sign and drive. If your looking for a vehicle you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go by and see Angela and all the guys at Mt. Airy Dodge.

What a great experience. I am very pleased with my dodge ram 1500. Angela rotenizer made my buying experience painless and actually fun. She was very professional and calming. I would and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. Thank you Angela for the great experience.

This place is fantastic, Angela Rotenizer was a wonderful help for us!!! She did everything she could to put us in a vehicle that we both loved and could afford. Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with!

Went to this dealership expecting to be treated with honesty and integrity. Did not receive either. Sold a vehicle at an inflated price knowing that there were problems. High pressure sales pitch. Salesman made a verbal agreement to get payments at what we were asking for and we agreed to this only to find out in the finance office that payments were more. High pressure sales pitch. Verbally promised things during the deal that we never received. Granted I should have walked away but didn't and that is my fault. I have dealt with many dealerships which have sold used vehicles with no problems, payments as promised and have never walked away unhappy. I can say without a doubt that this is by far the worst experience I have had. Would never go back to them again.

I would like to thank Nathan for working with me and my husband in our time of indecision. We really didn't want to purchase a new vehicle but kind of didn't have a choice when the ignition went out on our Dodge Charger and no parts were available to repair it because of it being part of a recall. We were upset and angry but Nathan had a way of calming us down and showing us a car that we now love, a Chrysler 200. All of the staff at Mt Airy Dodge were nice and helpful the night this happened which was the week before Thanksgiving 2014. Thanks all for your help in our time of need.

We have always had an awesome experience with this dealership, especially from Angela Rotenizer!!! She is the best!! Always nice, courteous and makes us laugh!!! Will continue to trade here!! :) :) :)

Unsatisfied, Angry, and Ready for a Solution on 08/30/2014

Do not buy anything from this dealership. We were lied to and taken advantage of. We were told that the car we wanted to buy sold, and ended up having to get a vehicle with a higher payment than what we wanted. Somehow, though, we noticed that the car is back on the lot. In the same place they had it parked in the first place, no less. The Better Business Bureau will be notified, and made aware of the dishonest people that work there. I wanted to make sure that this dealership didn't even get one star from me, but the website made me use one before I could submit my review.
