Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge RAM
I would not recommend having service done here at all. They always take over three days to have my work done, give wrong pricing, are irritable at the service desk. I always have been a dodge customer for over 20 years and prefer my work done at a dodge facility but I will never use this location again.
The service was great the sales person nachi was extremely patient and understanding of my situation being that I was trying to build credit after a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He worked hard at getting me a great vehicle in my price range. Very pleasant experience! !
we went to look at a vehicle as it was the first day we starting looking. the vehicle looked nothing as it did in the pictures. as soon as I opened the passenger side door, I was grossed out. they said the car had been detailed but the seats were covered in stains and it smelled bad. we had explained numerous times that we were just looking but they kept pushing and pushing to make a sale. after an hour of them trying to be little us and we said enough is enough. We just wanted our keys back so we could leave and that still took another 20 minutes or so. They never listened to us when we said we were clearly only there to look and I was beyond frustrated. I will never step foot in their door, nor will I recommend anybody to go.
Please take from me and my family, you walk in...ask for Albert, Johnny O or anyone at the front desk and let them know STARKIE sent you. You will get the best experience ever like we have. We have bought 6 cars from this dealership with no issues what so ever. Yes, please be ready to wait a little bit due to they are doing everything they can to get you the best deal. Frank in finance is a master and works wonders. I will always go back to this dealer when I want a new car. Trust me when I say I am there so much I could work there. Albert, Johnny, Frank and the whole crew thank you so much. You guys are the best. Remember, if you read this far into my review your going to go.....and when you do mention me STARKIE and you will get the same service I do. I don't get kick backs so not looking for any, just want everyone to get the same awesome service as I do.
I went to Mount Ephraim because of the convince of the location. As any car buyer I expected to be a little roughed up by any car salesman but this dealership proved me wrong. My salesman, Ricky Hess, was very nice and very quick with everything. I had talked to him before I stepped foot in the dealership and he was very informational and professional. When I got to the dealership we talked a little more about a few things with the car before I signed paper work but I was in and out very quick and I feel comfortable being able to go back when my lease is up.
I was shopping for new Dodge Ram truck, visited another dealer and was quoted a price that was a lot beyond what I wanted to spend. Looked on line and found a similar truck at this dealer. Took a ride on a Monday night "just to look". Arrived at this dealer at 7:15, was back home by 9:30 with the truck I wanted (many more options) for the price I was comfortable with. Jim Payne was our sales consultant and was a pleasure to deal with. The Sales Manager (name escapes me) was also a pleasure to deal with. The owner Alex, was at the dealer and made it a point to accompany us through the process. The normal "hassle" of car buying is not the case here, I will be sure to recommend this dealer and make them my next stop when car shopping again.
I went into Mt. Ephriam Dodge with credit issues and NO down payment and Steve Folbaum, the BEST salesman they got!!!, took my info., what I could and wanted to pay a month and BOOM!!!! Went in looking for a new Chrysler 200 and worked with Jim Payne, we came to the price I wanted (with the features and color I was looking for) then Jim and the team went above and beyond to find it. Though the specific color/model wasn't on the lot they found a dealership that had it and took care of finding, shipping, and delivering all while maintaining the price we originally agreed upon (while waiting they provided a very nice rental car free of charge). Every detail/step of the process was covered thoroughly and well explained. Wound up with the exact car I wanted for an amazing deal that I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere close!

John O was our salesman, and did a fantastic job getting me and my son a great deal on a 2013 Chrysler 200. I was looking to get my son a newer car and John O found a Chrysler 200 that came to my interest. The vehicle was almost brand new and had only a few thousand miles on the car. I ended up purchasing the car for myself and gave my son my dodge avenger, which I purchased from Mt.Ephram Dodge three years ago. Today was an awesome car buying experience for us! My husband and I received excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Jim Payne was a great salesman. You don't typically find honest and genuine salesmen when you're out looking for a car but he went above and beyond for us. We got an amazing deal on the lease of a new fully loaded dodge durango limited and I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a new car. You just can't beat it!
