Me and my husband purchased a car recentl6y from Nissan Of StatenIsland. We had a 2002 trade in and they gave us more then we expected, they met all our standards and needs that we wanted on our new car. I worked with Jeremy Rosario who is an outstanding salesman and very knowledgeable, also Joe Randazzo,Jimmy Rosario, and Daniel Cossack. Would recommend this dealership to anybody who is in the market to purchasing a vehicle. Hands down best experience I've ever had at a dealership, felt like home.

Nissan knows how to take care of their customers! My parents and I went to buy a car for myself since I would need it for college and work. We really liked the Nissan Rogue and they really worked with our budget to try to make it affordable to our price range. We got a fully loaded SUV for a great price! The sales manager and our sales consultant were both wonderful. They even gave us the VIP customer privileges which include road side assist for a year, free car washes, and much more. It was night time and my parents and I were still there way past there closing time and everyone still stayed to help us leave that night with our car. Great service, great price/deal, and great staff. We're very happy with our car! 10 stars!

Sale men Fernando Reyes was excellent he was very polite help me get the truck I wanted made me his number one priority and you can't forget about Dave Dan thought me every thing about my new car

This is definitely "the New Nissan" of Staten Island. Manny Lopez and Paul the Finance Soecialist took exceptional care of me. They treated me exceptionally well! I felt very valued as a returning customer; they even fed me breakfast and lunch! I highly recommend this dealership! They even make an announcement once your sale is finalized; I felt celebrated and appreciated as a customer. Even the other staff members were polite, warm and welcoming.Thanks Nissan of Staten Island (Hylan Blvd)

Our buying experience with sales rep, Robert D was friendly and pleasant until the financial guy (Paul A.) came in. He had an attitude and seemed to be in a rush to leave. He yelled at the sales rep twice to not leave the room in our presence. He also rushed us to sign the contract without us reviewing the charges and fees. After we signed the contract, he rushed out of the office and headed out the door and yelled to us, you have a big scratch on the back of your car door, which is not true. I believed he said it out of anger because he did not want to be there near closing time. This was unprofessional of him and very immature. I hope his management will take notice of his actions. Because of him, we may consider another dealership for our next purchase. This was not a pleasant closing experience. A big thank you to Robert D., No thanks to Paul A..
