Today's visit was a follow-up to last week's as the shop had to order the brake pads. The staff at the Service Dept. is always so friendly, helpful and competent. Since we live in Stevens Point (about 35 miles away), we appreciate not having to wait in the lounge very long each time we bring the car for servicing.

Had warranty repairs done and they made me pay for their deductible. After repairs were done a part they removed and put back on started to leak but would not cover it. Dont use their service they will try to get as much out of your pocket as they can.
Started with email contact, and even though I specifically said "email is better" of course the guy called because that was easier for him. Didn't know what was on his own places' website and didn't read the information that I had already submitted on the website. Ummed and stalled on the phone, and was very unhelpful. He emailed later that the new car I was interested in was on it's way to the dealership. I asked to stop by on my way out of town to get an appraisal on my trade. I said I'd have about 20 minutes. He said that he was going to let me take "his price" somewhere else and that he would "sell me a car" so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else and that would "take time." . I haven't had this kind of dark ages, probably sexist, car experience in a while. So I went somewhere else and had a great experience buying a car. Complete lack of knowledge, or care, or respect. don't recommend.

We were well-treated by the young and energetic O'Malley sales consultant who dealt with us, in contrast to another unnamed dealer. Late Sunday night, we had queried on one of the search engines/browsers on the Net and asked for a price on ATS. Early Monday morning, we found a response and soon afterwards, Cody called to say that he could see that we have read his message and invited us to come in person to check out the O'Malley lot. We arrived early but Cody was ready for us and gave us undivided attention and he gave us a 30-minute lesson on how to use all the features of the car when we picked up the car the next day. We feel that you folks are interested in selling and your staff was making sure that we would be totally satisfied when we bought from you. We are. Thank you!
