Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel
David answered the phone when I called on a vehicle that was for sale at Parks Ford. He answered all my questions and I decided to drive up to Wesley Chapel to look at the 2014 BMW X3, a model I have owned before. David made the test drive enjoyable and he was pretty good on describing the features of the car, even though they are a Ford dealership. I decided to purchase the car based on the excellent price, its condition and subject to an extended warranty price, which was fully explained later by the finance manager, Carlos. The process was smooth and David was the go-between the service center (while they were estimating the value of my trade in) and Carlos the finance manager. David even took my roof rack items off my old car for me while I met with Carlos. After the fact, he is contacting the prior owner to see if a second key to the bimmer can be found. Great experience guys - you all did a fine job and I am happy with my new vehicle. My only issue was with the detailing of the car which could have used a bit more attention based on the prior owner's habits (ie smoking)

Me and my dad came here to get my first car. I was looking for a 2013 mustang v6 with a stick shift. They had one in Stock with 41,800 miles in good condition. Luis was a big help. The price came down and we had to jump on it. Over all had a good experience with buying it

After a week of shopping for a car, I was not looking forward to another day trying to find the car I wanted. I saw an ad and called and David answered my phone call . What a difference it makes when you get a person who is truly interested in helping you and not just earning a commission. David listened to us and worked hard to get us into the car of our choice. Took my Ford Escape in for periodic maintenance. Had the dealership do the Works package. Brett Rumford had me in and out in less than an hour. Fast considering the tires were rotated. Very pleasant service adviser to work with, explained everything and answered all my questions.
I rated this dealership a five because they gave me and my husband 5 star treatment we were not hassled. George made sure he explained everything on our vehicle and treated us with alot of respect. Vincent in the finance department was awesome he worked it out so we could get the best deal for our car!! I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with David and Carlos on the purchase of my new car. I'm a loyal Ford customer and just bought my second consecutive Fusion after owning my last one for almost 9 years. They were both so helpful. David was great to work with in finding exactly the car I wanted at a great price. He has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth. I never felt like I was dealing with a pushy car salesman. And Carlos was great with the financing and getting me an awesome financing rate and payment. Highly recommend the Parks Ford team!
It took a little longer than I would have liked but overall a good experience. George was very helpful and knowledgeable with the Explorer. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Pete & Brittney were great to deal during my entire process. If not for Brittany Walker, I would not had returned to purchase a car. She turned everything around for me in my perception of the dealership when I came in for an oil change last week. She took charge and followed through with my concerns.
