I just purchased my 2nd and 3rd Kia's in a 6 week period...one for my daughter and one for me. The customer service from Andy and Dan are top notch, words can not express how thoughtful, flexible and helpful they were in finding the exact cars I wanted. I was very pleased with the leases I received, meeting my every needs for my payments and terms. Kia was kind enough to hold one of the cars for a week so I could surprise my daughter on her birthday! I couldn't have asked for more in my Kia experience. Thank you!!!
I have bought many cars in my life but this was the BEST experience EVER!!! I'm thanking God that I got Grant Harrell as a salesman. Besides being very kind, I never felt pressure to buy anything or commit. I had gone in to see what my options were, told him that all I wanted was a comfortable ride, how much I wanted to pay and he picked out the perfect vehicle for me. He never stepped out of the guidelines that I had set up or pressured me to buy something out of my range... Until now, that was the experience I had had buying a car. I can't say enough good things about Grant or Peak KIA. I will send as people as I can to y'all!! Thanks again!!!

He tried endlessly to get me the car of my dreams, which was no easy task very specific had to be green and loaded, and the 2012 model. Although I was unable to get my baby with him he stayed on top of it letting me know every step of the way. He really cares about you as a personand what you dream of, not just as a sale.
We were very impressed with our experience with Peak Kia and especially Mike Topolosky. Mike was genuine and I was especially impressed that during our first interaction he wasn't trying to "up-sell" us, even though we ended up choosing a higher end model. His primary concern was that we find the right vehicle for our family. The customer service of the whole team was fantastic and the overall process efficient. I love my new Sorento and will definitely use this dealership again.
I really enjoyed my experience with Peak Kia and Grant Harrell. They found me a vehicle I never would've considered, so I thought, under I drove it and loved it. The number one thing for me was that they allowed my wife and I do drive the vehicle alone. We would certainly recommend them.

We went car shopping, with every intent on just "shopping".Immediately one of us fell in love with the 2016 Optima SXL Pearl white. What a beautiful automobile! Very classy and LOADED with every option known to man. It has a 360 degree camera.....yep, thats right, you can see in real time all the way around the car to park without hitting ANYTHING! Very clever, Kia.I was looking at an SUV, but was torn between the Sportage and the Sorento. Marc Messier was extremely helpful and took the time to help me figure out which model would be best for me. Marc was polite and personable. He really knows his Kia's, and took the time to get us the absolute best deal possible. I chose the 2017 Sorento SX, also in the Pearl white. This vehicle is luxurious and comfortable to drive. Its very quiet and also has TONS of options. These cars are beautifully designed and every little detail was well thought out. This is my second Kia.....and can guarantee it certainly wont be my last!Marc was fun to work with, and made the buying experience easy and painless.
