The service department is horrible. Paul a service guy had promised us a part over two months ago. Have never received a call, I have sent messages, without a response.

I went in interested in buying a car. Trey & the "team" and I truly mean team exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with my car. It's our 2nd vehicle with this dealership and they really went out of their way to support the sale to the return customer. I drove 4 1/2 to get here! All my future cars will be from Peoria Nissan!!

Great experiance, no-nonsense, SUPER friendly, quick n fun car buying! Thank ya'll! We love the car! We came in after 6pm really needing a new/used car. I had spent the day on the internet looking at all the dealerships, Nissan seemed the most reasonable, and it worked out flawlessly!! Explained our situation, they listened, took us to cars we could afford, test drove 4 different makes, picked the one we loved, drove it home! Thank ya'll again!!

This is the run of the mill car dealership. When you talk with sales they will make you feel ok about the deal. Then in finance the poor ladies computers do not work so everything takes forever. Our salesman was nice, finance was nice, however once again the management seems to think they do not have to honor the contracts made. On the we owe you slip we made sure to ask for the three rows seat covers, the air conditioner needs to be checked. We came in today to attempt to get everything finished. Now we are being told to come back and they don't make the seat covers for these vehicles by the service adviser Elijah J. Pedigo, this in two minutes with a Google search was proven to be xxxxxxxx. I am never buying another new car from a dealership, especially the way the managers at dealerships try to screw their customers. If the service stuff is not done today I will never return here again nor do business with any of the Nissan Dealerships.Tonight after the deal was finalized and I posted this review I get a call from the sales manager asking me what went wrong. Where to begin. Dishonesty from the get go. When I asked about how come they don't quote the prices with the warranties and everything included and wait for you to get back to finance, he informed me the people who quote that stuff have to have insurance licensing. I didn't see any kind of documents in the finance person's office for a license. Not to mention people licensed in insurance are normally required to display this information. When it comes to buying a car from these guys my one suggestion to anyone is to ensure you ask what the total price of the vehicle is with warranties, extended coverage, and have them call you back when they are ready to go over the contracts. Do not let them keep you there for hours on end, don't give your keys to anyone, don't give them your license or anything of the sort. They will ask for these things, but make them give you a quote with everything up front, tax fees, title fees, licensing, and so forth. The one good thing I will say again is the salesman Angelo Becker is very good. He promised to help us out with everything, and do what he can. We were able to order the seat covers which we were promised, but again the air conditioner was not done today as we were promised, and the items were not in today. How does a dealership which, sells so many cars not have the items they promise people for the cars they sell? The other tactic they use is the whole sign and drive xxxxxxxx. Do not do this, make sure the deal is finalized, and financed. Drive your old car home, and wait until the next day if you are happy with it then take the vehicle. Do not let them trick you into signing contracts and "Backup Contracts" which is the term they use in finance to ensure the "dealership" is protected. They do not care about you or your family. If the deal isn't done don't drive their vehicle off of their lot. Lesson learned for us.Offering someone dinner, or other small tokens is nothing more than patronizing when someone is as upset as I am. This is not a good tactic to attempt to win back a customer you have already lost. Angelo already bought us dinner yesterday when we were sitting there for over 6 hours. Thanks but no thanks.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at what I though was a reputable dealership. I had purchased a car here in 2014 and had a great experience. Not the case this time around . The sales rep was new and not knowledgeable, which I can understand. But the attitude he sent my was unacceptable. I was approached by a sales manager to confirm they would accept my trade-ins (2 cars, both Nissans) by paying the loans off in full. I was upside down on one car but had plenty of equity in the other to offset. For two days the sales manger confirmed they would pay off my loans. When it came time to talk about price for a used car I wanted to purchase on their lot I threw out a low ball number of course. The sales manager comes back and asks for 2,000 MORE than the internet price!! I was appalled!! Why are you asking me to pay for than whats advertised. I advise the sales manager I will not pay more than the Internet price. The sales manager confirms..." You'll make a deal with me at asking price". Yes, however I want to see my credit options (interest rate). He grabs an application and confirms I can be in and out within an hour. I fill it out, boom credit score in hand. After 2 hours of wasting my time for the second day in a row I feel like I am getting somewhere... until another manager comes to show me a breakdown of my trade ins and the price of the car I want. All of the sudden they won't pay my loans off. There is a $2,000 negative balance. (conveniently the same 2,000 over the asking price they tried to get me to pay. He gives me some song and dance that the car is worth more than they are advertising...blah blah. I walked out at this point, I couldn't believe the sales manager couldn't be up front. I will be making a call to the GM and sharing my story.

Would make another purchase here.

Was dreading the car buying process but ended up pleasantly surprised. Our sales person was Justin Gallo and he was actually not your standard car salesman (that's a good thing). If we were in need of purchasing another vehicle I would not hesitate to use him again. Heads up - this dealership uses all of the standard tactics (mangers, assistant managers, etc. all coming to discuss what they "can do" for you. You need to go in having researched the vehicle you want, know what it's worth and stick to your price point). If you do that and work with Justin you should end up with a nice vehicle and a good experience.
