Pine belt Nissan is an amazing dealership that really values their customers. Besides loving my Nissan Altima I purchased a couple years ago, I am even more impressed with the service team. We always have such a positive experience every time we go for regular maintenance. Just recently I have had the pleasure of working with Eileen who went above and beyond to help us. Our navigation system's touch screen stopped working. When we went to get it fixed, we found out we were a little more than two thousand miles over our warranty and replacing it would not be covered. Eileen took it upon herself to look into the situation and investigate if we had any other options. She called back the same day to tell us Nissan would cover it and that they were immediately ordering the parts that we needed. It is so refreshing to see a company that really takes their customers into consideration and for them to have employees who go above and beyond to help them. We cannot thank you enough Eileen. We are so grateful for your assistance. We will definitely be lifetime customers of pine belt Nissan of Toms River.

I had a fantastic salesman. His name was Stefano Albanese. He worked so hard to get me a great deal on my 2015 Hyundai Accent. If it weren't for him helping me and working so hard, I most likely wouldn't have gotten a newer car. He's professional, honest and great at what he does!

As soon as we arrived and got at of our car, Stefano welcomed us with a smile and how can I help you folks. I already knew which car I wanted and he was able to find the car. He was very knowledgeable and professionally. The process of buying my car was so easy as he was able to give me more information than I knew which sold me. The dealership is very friendly and they even give you a tour around the faculty to become familiar with the service area. Excellent service is all I can say!!!! Even my experience with the fiance department was great and that's were ever one dislikes going. From start to finish, my experience was a positive one.
