I leased a brand new 2017 Subaru wrx which I am very very excited and happy about. Aside from my driving experience. I would like to take a second and talk about my purchase axperiwnce, I went there because friends of mine told me they are a honest and nice dealership that will work to make you happy, and that's exactly what I am. I have to acknowledge my salesmen Ray and Eric for going above and beyond to get me to the price I wanted and they did even though it took all day, buy a car here, all I can say is GO GO GO BUY BUY BUY. In 2014 I leased a Subaru Outback from Pine Belt and got a great deal. During the past 3 years I had the Outback serviced at Pine Belt. I liked my experiences with both sales and service departments so much that I returned to Pine Belt and leased a new 2017 Outback, and got another great deal. I am 60 years old and have been driving since I turned 17. My second Outback is the first time that I have ever given a car dealership repeat business. GREAT JOB PINE BELT.
On Saturday I got my first Subaru from here. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I worked with Ray, he was fantastic! I purchase a used car after checking the car found few things wrong with the car agree on price paid the money he send the car to get detailed came back and found one of the fog light out told him about it he say I will see what I can do drove the car home I find the owner manual missing after I saw the manual in the CAR when I first checked the car I called him asked him about my issues he said give me 24 hours I will call you back 10 days later no call back and he would not answer my calls I don't know who to blame for dishonesty the salesman or the way the dealer operate at the end it's me who got screwed
