Took my G350 in for service and was greeted by Mr.Pak i explain what my car sounded like and what it was doing,within 5mins into conversation. Mr.Pak knew what needed to be done and explain me the cost. He was being so professional and knowledgeable at his job. Got me back on in a timely manner and fit my budget.

Thanksgiving is already a stressful on top of everything else. I came in to get my RX 450h serviced for my kids, Mike took the time to take me out to the shop and shop me where my water pump was leaking and a possible issue with my radiator. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer all questions and provide a detailed estimate.

I consider myself a realist. I've owned a lot of cars, been to plenty of dealerships and service departments and I've had nothing but ok to terrible service. I assumed walking into this dealership it would have been the same thing because all of my previous experiences had been mediocre, but surprisingly I was wrong. I had a great service experience with a great service advisor. From dealing with him to what the service waiting room had to offer, I was really blown away. I will definitely be returning and I recommend others to do the same.
