We are just bought our first Porsche Cayenne S at this dillership. The purchase process was made at very professional way. All team was great : David, Fernando , Tony excellent businessmans and professionals!!! Delivery proses and car condition was outstanding !!!

I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends or anyone consider buying a Porsche. This will be my second Porsche purchased from Bob within 32 months. Inquired about a car and the Sales guy quoted MSRP...wouldn't provide a real price to start a conversation. I've spoken to 4 other dealerships and they didn't play stupid used car salesman tricks...stay away from these guys

I had been looking for a new high performance sports sedan for nearly six months, and had test driven quite a few CPO Audis and BMWs but hadn't found "the car." After seeing several CPO Panameras on the Porsche of Fairfield website, I stopped in during lunch without an appointment. Over the next several hours, Jose Suarez Diaz patiently arranged multiple test drives and then he and Bob Zaleski worked with me to make a very fair deal on what turned out to be the perfect car for me, a 2010 Panamera 4S. No games, no upselling, no pressure. The whole car-buying experience was exciting instead of being stressful (as it often can be). If that had been the whole story, I would have given Porsche of Fairfield a high rating here. However, the service got even better when I had a flat (a spike through the side wall) less than 36 hours after buying the car - and just before I had to leave town on business. I called Jose to let him know what happened, and he graciously arranged for the pick up, repair and delivery while I was traveling so that the car was waiting all "shiny and new" in the driveway when I got home. Talk about awesome service! I'm a new customer to Porsche of Fairfield but have happily purchased and serviced Audis at the sister dealership (next door) for years. I look forward to a similar relationship with Jose and Porsche of Fairfield service team.

Great experience buying a 2014 Boxster, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they were doing. Would highly recommend this dealer, they are much better than their competition. Never had a better buying process, and I've purchased many business and personal vehicles.

Sales was fantastic. Service has been horrific. Poor communication, takes forever to schedule service, for parts to arrive, etc. Coming up on 2 months that an issue with my car has not been addressed. Just terribke

I purchased a 2012 used BMW 328i from this dealership which was a traded in car. One of the main reasons I chose this dealership was a good recommendation I've received from one of my friends about a salesperson there named Bob Zaleski. From the moment I entered the dealership, he was so helpful and enjoyable to deal with. He put so much time in my case and made the transaction as smooth as possible. The car that I purchased had a couple of minor scratches and he promised me to fix them which he did in their maintenance shop. About their maintenance facility, it was a joined center with Audi Fairfield and Mercedes Benz Fairfield under the possession of Penske Automotive, which was a professional, fully equipped center. Their body shop, in my opinion, was extremely fast and clean. More importantly, we made a friendly bargain on the price and he gave me a good discount on the car. Meanwhile, their business manger, Ivo Ivanov, put so much effort to make the paperwork ready, and helped me a lot for getting me a reasonable loan. Last but not least, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and specially for dealing with the best salesperson ever: BOB ZALESKI.
