Our recent experience with Prime Auto Sales of Hagerstown, MD, was a very positive one. We scheduled an appointment with Julian at OUR convenience and described exactly what we wanted in an automobile. Within three days (not business days, he worked over a weekend) he found a car that exactly met all our specifications, including the color choice. All the pickup arrangements were handled promptly and efficiently by Charlie. We knew the car we chose had a few cosmetic blemishes and Prime Auto handled the repair work for us. I went to Prime Auto with my daughter to purchase her 2010 Pontiac G6. What a great place to do business. Julian the lot owner and his wife were great to work with in every aspect.
