We had a great experience at this dealership in looking for a used car. We knew the characteristics we were looking for, but weren't sure what car. Simon answered questions, gave us options, and was very pleasant. He didn't push or treat us disrespectfully. In the end he helped us select the car that met all our needs and more. He spent time with us after the purchase to help us set up all the vehicle options and made sure we felt comfortable. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically Simon. Because of him we would return to Primer Auto for our next vehicle.
