Bought a 2013 Rav4 Limited yesterday. Paul Tagliaferro was the perfect sales person for me. I wasn't even sure I wanted to purchase another Toyota (I've had six in a row) but he let me test drive several new and used models the day before. Then they encouraged me to drive the one I eventually bought all day to see if it "fit." Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful (from the receptionist to the finance man). I had been to a few other dealerships during the week but my experience at PTC was by far the best. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car at the right price.

I would like to point out that my whole experience getting my first "real" car at a dealership was excellent , simply because of Ray Young. He was awesome! He didn't just try to make a sale but we actually got to know each other on a personal level which felt great and would keep me coming back.
