Quirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM
I feel that this dealership acted unprofessional and I would take Greyhound to California to buy a car before heading back down to deal with this place.Rude and dismissive service when they learned that I would be financing elsewhere, disbelief that I'd secured the financing that I actually had, and a general undertone that my being there at 5 PM on a Friday was a colossal inconvenience for them.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. They send out advertisements and offers in emails only not to follow through on them when your're actually interested. After receiving an email offer for 120% of my trade in value I responded saying that I was interested in a specific vehicle that they were advertising. I responded three times, twice to a sales representative and once to the general manager and never received any response. I happened to be in the neighborhood and swung by the dealership and was told that they couldn't offer both the listed price and the trade in value even though there was no print in anything saying the offers couldn't be combined. I made a call to the manager who said that they could do both offers but then proceeded to low ball my trade to make up for the 120% of value. He stated they used some database to get a value even though their emails direct you to KBB to get a value for the trade. In conclusion don't fall for their fall advertising and waste your time with lying salespeople and management.

I came into the dealership looking to purchase a Dodge Caravan and was welcomed by Steven. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I then had the opportunity of meeting Sam, one of the managers at Quirk. Both Sam and Steven were amazing and professional! They were very straightforward and didn't get into any unnecessary sales pitch. From start to finish, their car buying process was fantastic and went extremely smooth. Being put in the position of having to find a Jeep quickly due to an engine issue, I naturally started on the Cape looking for a new jeep, keeping with the let's stay local meme. Nothing less than a hot mess. Was lucky enough to call Quirk and have the phone answered by Patrick Cross. No aggravation, just a great deal! He is a great addition to your dealerships. No pressure at all showed me a number of Jeeps very informative Pierre Fong was patient thorough and true to his word. Got an amazing new 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited and Pierre went over every last detail. Dave Shahvali the manager worked with me to get me a great trade in on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee a little back and forth but I bought the Jeep that same day. My motto is stay away from lawyers and car dealers/sales persons. Much to my surprise when I went into Quirk Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and met David Backus, who turned out to be my salesman, to look at new Wranglers, this experience turned out to be quite the opposite. I ended up leasing a new Jeep Wrangler mainly because of David. He was professional at all times, very friendly and easy to talk to. I had problems with my plates, because they are lottery plates, David went out of his way, came into work early, stayed late, spent two days at the RMV, etc., to fix the problem and get me on the road.I would highly recommend this dealer and David to anyone.
I had been working with a dealership in Raynham, Ma. I literally had to chase the salesman for three days to get him to sell me a truck. I walked into Quirk at 3:30p on Tuesday and drove my vehicle away before 3p on Wednesday. I worked with Pierre Fong. I have to say it was easiest low pressure purchase of this size I have ever made. Pierre was great! He was knowledgeable about the products, features, and most importantly could add context to the design intent of the products. Pierre was conscious of my needs and desires and changed his style of salesmanship dynamically to keep me at ease and engaged during the entire process. I couldn't be happier. Mark from service made adding step up bars to my truck a cinch. Mr. Quirk, you are lucky (or just that good) to have such attentive staff.
