I was having some negative experience when I first went to Honda of Burien. Then I got a call from this really nice lady. She asked if I would give her chance to help me get what I want for a car. I went and met her and she is true to her word. I left the Honda of Burien with my Sister's and my 2016 CRV... we love it. Thank You, Aisha Morga

There was a very helpful and informational young man named Kerson Lubin at Honda of burien. He showed me outstanding customer service. He was very informational and helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're ever looking for the perfect car that's fits you.

I bought Honda Accord Ex 2016 from Honda Of Burien recently. I am totally regretting going to this dealer. From the first day itself the experience was bad. I confirmed the availability over the phone, reached there in half an hour and got to know that they lied about the availability in order to sell me different car once I reach there. I told them that I wanted to buy the car that day only since there was a long weekend coming and I could go to only one dealer that day. Anyway, this is not the worst part. It was already late in the evening and I wanted car that day only so I went ahead with my second model preference. I brought the car home and next morning I found minor scratches at multiple places all over the car. I talked to them and they said we will take care of this. I went there and when I told my salesman that this is not a good customer experience, he said "I can't take care of all the cars in stock". His tone was not what he had before selling the car. When I said this is not the way you should talk to your customers, he left and didn't come back. I was very surprised of this kind of customer service. Thanks to one of their service guys, he came and talked to us very politely and did buffing/polishing/cleaning to make the car look better.

Dealt with a sales manager named Matt Seguin when I was trying to buy a new Honda vehicle. Initially when I was discussing over the phone he was good and decent. He gave me a competitive price but still that was slightly over my budget. I sceduled a time for my visit though I could reach there 1 hr later as couldn't get early from office. But once I reach there eventually, somebody called him and showed me, I was stunned to see, he didn't bother to come to me and greet me even once. He just turned the face away and send somebody else. He was also somewhat rude. I told him that I don't have that much of budget so would like to negotiate a little further. Also, he mentioned that the quoted price that they had offered, is for the cars that are there in their inventory, it will go up if they have to bring a car from a different place. I told him, Matt confirmed that the car is available with the trim level with them that I was interested in. Eventually he didn't agree to my price and I came back home. The next day, Matt called me back and was very rude. He told me "I gave you the best price and you still want to negotiate. You want the dealers give you the car free". I tried to mention that it's okay if you don't agree with my price, I understand you must be having some target as well, I might have to settle down with a cheaper car. But he kept on insulting me. This is really really bad. I was not expecting this kind of behavior from a dealership like them. I would suggest everybody to avoid this place.

Unbelievable! It is no fun going to dealer after dealer, trying to get a good deal on a new or used car, but when they mix up the cars and at the 11th hour, after I had written the check and signed the papers, and spent an hour and a half at the dealership, and they come back and say no deal! I was flabbergasted. Somewhere along they process someone had written down the stock number for another less expensive car on the offer presented to the manager. Of course, he said sure, and we then spent a lot of time making copies of my drivers license and insurance information, and filling out credit applications, even though I was paying cash. I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years, but this one takes the cake! Stay away!

I just bought my 2006 accord from burien honda and they were great. no pressure from anyone and very patient with the long process of buying. Absolutely no anxiety while i was there. Which I've felt before at other car dealerships. I'll definitely be a return customer

I had a terrific experiance purchasing from this dealer. Negotiated the price over email and came in to pick up the car. The price was so low that there was no negotiation necessary. They gave me up front pricing that was far below all their competition.
