this is our 2nd car in the last 2 years purchasing from the Martinsville location and we have had a great experience both times!!

This is the third new car that I have bought from Ray Skillman Ford and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. I would like to single out salesman Ray Miller and Chris the finance manager for their courtesy and going that extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I was honored to have met a very dedicated salesman named Alex Buker. Alex worked diligently over a period of a couple days in securing a particular vehicle for my needs. He made me feel relaxed. That my time was important. My issue became his focus. I left the dealership with pride and a sense of accomplishment; not assaulted!Also, sales manager Virgil, top notch !!Refreshing !!!

Everyone that I dealt with at Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford was so nice! They all worked REALLY hard to find not only a vehicle for me that I love but, most importantly, one that I can afford. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys!

I have been using this dealership for 6 years to service my Ford Escape and have no complaints at all. They are always nice and the work is done as quickly as possible. They have spent time tracking down odd electrical problems and the charges have been quite reasonable. I am in my 60s and hove owned many vehicles in my life. I can honestly say that this is the only service department that I have ever completely trusted. One time when by rear brakes were making noise, I asked them to inspect and replace if necessary. They told me the work was not needed as there was still about 30% wear remaining. I'm pretty sure that I would have received a brake job at any other dealer or shop. I have not purchased a vehicle from these people, but I recommend their service department to everyone.

This is my 2nd time working with Alex Buker and Ray Skillman Ford in Martinsville, IN. Both times have been very pleasing. Alex was very helpful, asking questions about what I like about each vehicle I was looking at. He got me into the exact Mustang I was wanting at a price that was fair. Next year when our daughter gets a car, Alex will be the first person I see!!!

I went in the other day, just to compare prices to the dealership my family uses. I walked out with a car, with the help of Ray. He didn't push at all, but he gave me such a great deal I couldn't say no.

Alex was a very good salesman. He went beyond what we expected. He was very helpful and easy to work with.

Excellent people to deal with. Very fast process and not pushy at all. My wife had plan pricing so I cannot comment on the negotiation part of things. Extremely straightforward.
