I worked at a quality buick dealership in the 1980's and they were a great dealership, but my experience with Rick Hendrick far exceeded any of the 10 previous new cars I have purchased. At every turn of the road the integrity was beyond belief. Every item was up front and totally honest and clear. my salesman Jim Beeby, Charles, and Mike the finance officer were all total professionals,and I can honestly say it was the best buying experience I have ever had. This dealership was fantastic. They never put pressure on me. They realized I was pushing for the lowest deal I could get along with the best trade-in value and they went there. I spent several days going to other dealerships who could not come close to their deal. Ron was always available even when he was not working that day. The whole sales team was excellent. They all chipped in and did things with Ron that made this the best buying experience I have ever had - and I have purchased many vehicles. Thank you Rick Hendrick GMC and a special thank you to Ron

Been buying and trading vehicles for fifty two years and this deal rated in the top five percent of my transactions with a dealership. Mr. Quincy Rhodes and his team were very friendly, courteous and helpful in bringing my deal to closure with no pressure. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Despite the disarray as the dealership was trying to relocate to their new facility during the deal, Quincy took the time to drive fifty miles to deliver the car. People are one of the most valuable assets to a business and customer satisfaction.

I had been talking to the sales man for 2 weeks...after going back and forth on the phone he finally asked me to come down...so that I can take some test drives. I asked him was he sure...he assured me that if I drove 1hr 30min that he would put me in a car...Long story short I spent 2hrs on this lot in 1hr and 3min in my car going and coming ...and nothing happen.... I left my house to the dealership, at 9am and did not get home unitl 4pm...A complete waste of time...worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!

The entire crew was pleasant to work with. The whole day was a bit complicated (on my lender's behalf) so I was there for a few hours but the staff there made it enjoyable and ensured that I was as comfortable as I could be. The long drive was more than worth it to work with everyone there.
