I was disappointed that the trailer I purchased didn't have a spare tire. The other trailers we had looked at had them. Forgot to check on this trailer when we settled on buying this one. Guess that's my mistake. I just assumed they all came with a spare. Had to go find a salesman to help us. We had been on the lot for about 20 minutes and no one came out. We finally had to go inside to find one to help us. Otherwise, everything else was good. I apologize that I don't remember the other 2 people we worked with. Jordan was our salesman, and he was great.

I brought my car to diagnosis the problems it was experiencing. The advisor was very patient and helpful when explaining what is needed to be done and the estimate of the costs.
