Robichaux Ford
This is the fifth vehicle that I perched in the last two years for our company and personal transportation. I have refer people I work with and friends that had perched from Robichaux Ford. Anybody that I have dealt with at Robichaux has been polite and helpful with sales and services.
The service staff knows my vehicle and takes care of it for me. They also know me and how I use my truck.
Friendly staff,place was very clean.Didn't take long to get the paper work ready for the car I wanted..Very satisfied with my purchase!!

The people here so far have been great! I have purchased my vehicles before at larger stores thinking they would be much cheaper and it really isn't that much different. Knowing how great service is now makes it feel even better that I bought here! I love the small town feeling...when you walk in you are greeted by your first name, get a fresh cup of coffee, and are told good morning/afternoon 5 times before making it to the service waiting area. Great place...highly recommend!!!
Robichaux's service department is always very accommodating. This is why I choose to bring my truck there for oil changes, tire rotations, and even purchase new tires from them. When Ford is offering a service rebate, they even take care of submitting it so I don't have to worry about it.
I had my 2006 Expedition serviced with the works. Service was good and prompt.
The only complaint and it is minor - the techs never reset the oil change monitor that tells how much oil life there is.
I do not mind doing surveys but in order to do the survey I must submit something with 50 or more characters is totally ridiculous . Had I known this at the beginning I would have just deleted the email. I will delete next time and not take the survey. This portion should be optional.
