Willingness to sell a car and work with the customer. Sales associates were excellent, they took out all the stress and saved me probably ten hours in time. They delivered my car to my doorstep in Northeast Az with out me having to drive all the way down to Rodeo Ford, a four hour trip for me one way. The paperwork was a breeze, only an hour and half.

All the paperwork and "afterward" discussions were not too tasking. Sometimes when we think we agreed on a price and financing the deal is finished. Well these discussions about warranties and licensing can actually be more energy sinks. Not this time. The deal was done and the rest went smoothly.
