I inquired online about a minivan with a salvage title. I never received and phone call, text, or email acknowledging my inquiry.
Sales person would not take in my original offer. First time in my 38 years of driving and buying cars that a sales person wouln't take in the offer.
Was looking for a quality used car that wouldn't break the bank. Most of SAMs repairable so are salvaged there selection is great. Was looking at Volvo and the service was great and all my questions were answered. Will continue to check there inventory for the next best deal. Did not however purchase the Volvo and there was no pressure or sales tactics used. Simple if you want it as is you get it as is.
Facilities were nice but that is about it! Worst customer service ever! I wanted to purchase a vehicle that was posted for sale on there website. I told them that the need for the vehicle was urgent!! The young kid that helped me seemed very incompetant and unable to return calls in a timely manner as promised. This went on for a month, no customer deserves to be put off this much!!! cheap prices for cheap services, not worth it!!
Submitted an online inquiry about a vehicle through the cars.com app. Had someone call me the next day. Asked some questions, most were answered but had to get back to me on a few things about the car. It's been over two weeks and still nothing. But during that time, I bought a car elsewhere that wasn't salvaged/damaged/repaired/etc.
looked for suburban k2500 salesman answered inquiries. it was obvious this place is a fix-it-up place not a place for your average buyer to shop at. a careful buyer might save here if persistant and pays attention to details.
The car I was looking at sold.the young man I talked to on the phone was very helpful.after the holidays. I plan on looking for a car there.last I knew they still had a couple of Buicks I might like.
Looking for a replacement van as ours had been totaled. Had two different Honda Odysseys. Both were in my price rang. The one had been hit in the back and unfortunately the rear seats were folder down and messed up the rear connectors would not snap in place. It was under 50K miles but unfortunately I need a van the would be easy for her to be able put the seats up and back down again.
Stopped in the to check on some parts and was instantly greeted by a young man on the counter. He asked me how my day was(not knowing it was one of the worst days id had in a very long time).He looked up everything i needed and gave me a very reasonable price and even joked with me making my day a little bit better. I told him I would let him know and he gave me his card and said let him know if he could any further and when I left I was in a better mood then when I came there and I was very appreciative of that. Would definently recommend to anybody that asked where to go for parts.
Was in on Saturday Feb.22. Great service by all employees at the tire shop, They went far beyond just being there for a paycheck. Will definitely tell others.
