What a great experience. Jim Rosenberger was patient, helpful and not your typical fast talking salesman. He was a super nice guy. Loved him :) Their finance ppl were fantastic too. After a couple of hrs, I was the proud owner of a vehicle that I had fallen in love with the moment Jim showed it to me. Thank you all :)

Horrible rose was rude and only cared about selling the most expensive car possible. Techs could not even replace an axle seal without a leak. The owner mr sands didn't seem like he wanted to hear my concerns. And the used car salesman is just an xxx. Go to manderbach they were great Sands is horrible

Horrible service. Owner threatened me.I purchased an 08 ford taurus there 6 months ago. When test driving the car I noticed that the brake pedal had some pulsation in it. I asked the salesman about it and he insisted the brakes were in top shape and that there was nothing wrong. When I asked about what if he was wrong he said to bring it back when I have the leaking oil seal repaired under warranty and he will take care of it. I told him I will give it a few months if its not bad to see if anything else comes up. Upon return the salesman was no longer with sands. There was no record of this agreement. So I had to replace brakes at my cost.While purchasing the vehicle I also noticed some rust on the underside while it was on the lift and asked about it. Upon asking if there was any rust on the paint I was also assured that the paint was in fine shape minus the few small nicks etc. A few months later upon the third wash of the vehicle, I was finally able to get the car truly clean with no foreign material on the paint. Where upon closer inspection I noticed the paint bubbling at the bottom of the c pillar. I asked the used car manager about this and he said what do you want me to do about it? you should have seen it when you looked the car over on the lift bear in mind the vehicle was above my head and there is a body molding which covered any view of this area.Before bringing the car back for service and mentioning the above issues, I started shopping for another car, and went to sands. Rose was ignoring my multiple statements of my budget and kept trying to put me in a vehicle that was 3-5000 above what I wanted to spend. She was rude, pushy, and even said you will not get approved for another vehicle with more miles. Turns out I was approved for a vehicle over 5000 miles and it was an 06. Rose is just trying to make a dollar, and only cares about her commission. She mad us (me and my girlfriend) feel like we were not worth her time. Multiple times she dropped our sale to work on something else. When I asked to walk around the lot and look at what they had she replied I have other things to do you can call me if you need to see anything.Upon having such horrible responses I left a message for Mr. Sands. When I explained things he consistently repeated how confused he was, so I would explain again. Upon the 15th or so time hearing him say this, I asked what I could clarify and could only get the reply I'm confused, I do not see where the issue is Multiple times he assured me I was wrong, and that his employees did not act like this or say these things.Last night after talking to him I updated all my reviews to show the recent events that have happened.After seeing this Mr sands called me to discuss this further. This time he actually understood what I was trying to say and payed attention to what I said, I thought maybe we were getting somewhere. Its sad it takes a bad review to make a company pay attention to your concerns. However when He asked me to remove the review I told him I will not remove it. I will only update it with the future proceedings. At that point he got defensive and informed me you cant just go and be mean to people on the internet and its not fair to post a bad review about someone. When I still insisted I thought my review fairly represented the circumstances, he decided to threaten me. I had an appointment scheduled on Thursday to have the Axle seal that was installed incorrectly under warranty repaired. He told me if you do not remove the bad review I will cancel your appointment and we will no longer work on your car. I told him how if he tries to make things work I will work with him. I even offered for him to cover the deductible of $100 for the improperly installed part and I would go my separate way, and have it repaired elsewhere. He just continued with the same threat. Finally he offered to make it right, but did not mention how. When I asked him what he would do to make it right. He told me I have to make a demand on what I want. I offered to have him cover half the cost to repair the hidden rust, he did not want to do this. I offered to have him just cover the cost of the front brakes, he did not want to do this either. Then I said what can you offer? He said you can remove the negative reviews and we will fix the axle seal if we caused the leak. At that point I ended the conversation as he was only concerned about removing the reviews and will bully, harass, and threaten a customer to get what he wants. I would not expect a grown man to act so childish and unprofessional.The only good part of the entire operation is cheryl in service and the service manager, both were very helpful. Also paul I think his name was, he did not assist with anything dealer related but was a nice guy to talk to while waiting on rose to assist her more important clients.Do not go to sands. Do not buy anything from them without a third party mechanic taking a look over it for you. And do not allow Mr. sands to bully you like a school child. I for sure know I will not be back.Mr sands also informed me that he will be able to reply back, that I did not provide enough details, and that my review was unfair. I have updated for the final time to include all the details, and fairly cover it from an unbiased view. Mr. sands I welcome your response and expect nothing more than your typical uninformed, rude, condescending defense.

Purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V from Sands Ford this week. Dave was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. Best thing was he listened to what we wanted and didn't push us into something we didn't want or need. Purchase process was smooth and Don explained everything....even went with an extended warranty.

I bought a Kia Sportage here which is only 3 years old and was told that the warranty of 10 years 100,000 miles carries over. However, now there's a problem with it (a serious one) and they tell me I need an oil change. They call me to pick it up saying that it's still broken and the oil change did not fix the problem and the that the warranty doesn't carry over if you're the second owner. This should have been told to me when I purchased the vehicle so I could have had the option to purchase an extended warranty. So now I'm left with a broken vehicle and no loaner car to get to and from work and no warranty. Also, it states on the website that Ford can diagnose and repair vehicles "of all makes models and ages" so I'm curious as to why my car could not be repaired there. Why sell Kia's if you can't repair them. I'm very dissatisfied and won't be purchasing a vehicle at Sands Ford any time in the future. While the service dept. tried to be helpful when I brought it in, I am still disgusted that it was given back broken. It's very difficult to be down to one vehicle in a household where everyone works and is on the go daily. I'm not sure where to go from here but I know I shouldn't have to pay almost $1,000 out of pocket to fix a problem on a three year old vehicle. Very disappointed!!!!

Scheduled a time to come in and test drive the car. The sales person,Paul Boyer, told me to come in at a certain time because they were booked up until then. I told him the car I was looking for. When I arrived he was busy with a walk up customer. Another sales guy,Mr. Koscil, took me and informed me I couldn't test drive the car I wanted because he was pretty sure Paul with was selling it to his cousin. Then they offered me cars I wasn't interested in and just tried to sell me something. Way disappointed.

To the point no back and forth. very good

It was a great truck and a great sales force. Nobody crawls down your throat trying to make a deal. I felt at ease .I will return when it time to buy again.
