Sewell is a dealer you can trust. They have treated me incredibly well every time I have gone to the dealer. I have had some dreadful car buying experiences in my life. The experience at Sewell threatens to erase that memory. I once asked for a tour of the facilities and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend a sales associate by the name of Austin Horst. His passion and pride for making the car buying experience fun and easy is second to none. He is proud of the deals he can present and it makes the process easy and rewarding. I wont be buying from anyone else any tiime soon.

This dealership really helped me out alot. I purchase a nice car and was able to get good warranty with it. I had search plenty of dealerships in the area and did alot of praying about purchasing a car, and this dealership really sort of went out of they way to help me purchase a car. If you are looking for a car, I would recommend you check these guys out. This is what I would do, tell them what you can afford, and make a offer, and just ask them to help you out. I think when you are just up front with them, it will save the both of you a lot of time with the negotiation process. The staff were very professional from the Sales to the financing.Greg Whitlock was very professional saleman. Sewell, I really appreciate your professionalism.

First of all I called an hour before business hours, which I didn't know what they were. Todd Wimsett answered my call and was very friendly, professional and courteous. I live 4 hours from this dealership. Todd and a manager went out and looked over the car top to bottom sending me detailed pics. When I went to view/buy the car they rolled out the red carpet. The car was completely ready to go. The paper work was done in minutes. Love the car and loved the experience..... Thanks Todd and Sewell!

This was the best car purchase experience I have had in my entire life! I have owned 3 BMW vehicles and 2 Hondas, but the customer service at SEWELL will make me a customer for life. The sales representative Andrew Gilmore was fantastic and I was truly impressed with his service . I am 7 months pregnant and the dealership was far , but he made sure to have all the paperwork ready before I got there to pick up the car so I would not have a long wait. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the features of the FX37 and he outlines both the pros and the cons for my consideration. SEWELL really invested in their employees and making sure they are always exhibit the highest level of customer service. The staff at SEWELL are on the same level as the staff at Ritz-Carlton :)

I was first introduced to Sewell Infiniti of Houston when Crystal Duong followed up on my Internet inquiry. We arranged a test drive on a JX35 for my wife and I that Sat. Crystal was nothing but helpful. She showed us all of the features on the JX and after the test drive my wife and I both fell in love with the SUV. I asked Crystal if she was ready to sell us the JX but I wasn't going to make it easy. We wanted an emerald graphite exterior with graphite interior and it wasn't on the lot. Back in the office Anthony the sales mgr found one just like we wanted out of state, I figured since it had to be trucked in they would be harder to deal with on the price so I put on my boxing gloves and prepared to do battle. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted to pay and was ready for a long afternoon but within 15 minutes Crystal and Anthony had offered me a terrific deal. This was the first and only time that I truly enjoyed myself while buying a car. Sewell Infiniti has been exceptional after the sale as well, we have even rsvp'd on the technology class they offer to better understand the gadgets. I Would highly recommend Sewell Infiniti to any of my friends and family.

We went to Sewell Infiniti on March 9, 2013 as we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We arrived at the lot and were immediately greeted by Anisia Morales. She efficiently answered all our questions regarding the 2 vehicles we were interested in, and then arranged test drives for both. She patiently waited for me to decide on which vehicle I wanted, offered guidance and practical opinions on my concerns, and even happily arranged an additional test drive for me. We eventually decided to purchase the QX56 and began the buying process. This was, by far, one of the most pleasant experiences weve had in purchasing a new car and its all due to Anisia! She is an effective sales person who truly has the customers best interests in mind we really felt that she was working towards meeting our needs in the negotiating process. Anisia, and her sales team, QUICKLY worked out a mutually agreeable sales price for the vehicle. This process took very little time as it is apparent that Sewell is committed to sell their vehicles at REASONABLE prices. We were then assisted by Darrell Kennedy in the financing department. He arranged equitable financing for the vehicle, and did not hard sell any upgrades or options. However, Infiniti does offer a variety of quality options such as prepaid maintenance on their vehicles with excellent price points. Once the car was ready for delivery, Anisia explained and demonstrated all the perks the car had to offer. Our experience with Eva at Sewell Infiniti North Houston was fantastic. We called on a Monday afternoon asking what they could do for us since we did not have a great experience at another infiniti dealership. She called back within 20' with an offer, we went in the next day and drove home our new car. GREAT and exceptional service. This dealership is highly recommended.

Sewell Infiniti of North Houston made the purchase of my new QX56 the best car purchase I have ever made! They lived up to their customer service is number one, and whet over and above to make me 100% happy with everything! Alonzo was the best sales person EVER. He was patient and attentive and listened to everything I wanted. He followed up and got the exact car I wanted and delivered a fair and honest price...yes they work with you on the price! NO hidden fees or charges! (Thank you Jeff in Sales and Matt in Finance) The finance process was so easy and they show you EVERYTHING about your new car! The paperwork was ready to sign the morning I came in to purchase and it was fast and easy. My car was detailed and ready on the showroom floor when I arrived. I will be back for my next car/SUV, best customer service I have ever received buying a new car!!
