I had been sold a lemon just a couple of months prior from another local dealer and had to have that vehecle towed to Sexton. Everyone at Sexton treated me with kindness and honesty. After the service department was awesome in getting my vehicle repaired that same day, Andrew and Tony went above and beyond to get me into a safer and more reliable truck that fit into my budget! So much happier with not only the truck but also my experience at Sexton!!!! Thanks for caring about my safety!
Purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium from Sexton Ford on November 4th, 2015. Our salesperson Jon Humphrey was awesome. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The experience was awesome. The salesperson, manager and the finance person were all great. I will definitely buy all my vehicles at Sexton Ford.
Went to Sexton Ford after working with Ben Wiggins for years, On Monday 11/02/2015 made arrangements to got work out the details on purchasing a 2005 Ford Thunderbird. Ben was off instead of his normal day off which is Wednesday's. A gentleman by the name of Buddy with a major chip on his shoulder try's to help me and my Spouse. When the time comes for the test drive , we are told we would have to go on separate test drives. We drove a $30,000 Ford Mustand last Summer by our selfs. We were treated very poorly and that dealership has Management that is very unprofessional. We will never step foot on that dealerships property again.
I have bought two new and working one third now, never had anyrhing but good experiences which is why i keep going back. no high pressure sales no low balling just fair negotiating from sales men ben wiggins and the management team!
Lack of communication between salesperson and finance caused us to lose our original deal. Was told they will do everything they can to make this deal right. That was Monday, May 11th. Very disappointed in the efforts made to make this right. I'm also disappointed by the communication on this issue as well. I have went to the dealership and emailed the owner, I guess they're not worried about one persons experience. My husband was told to ask me to quit posting my opinion on social media, it makes them NOT want to fix the deal. So I guess don't voice your opinion to anyone if your experience wasn't pleasant. Or they'll quit working to fix the issue.
The finance manager acted like a street hustler playing a shell game. The experience was all about making a fat profit for the dealership and confusing the buyer. I was treated rudely, had to listen to the finance manager talk endlessly about himself. I felt like I was buying this guys ego, not a car.

I had a great purchasing experience at Sexton Ford. My salesman, Robert Coronado, was awesome. He listened to me about my vehicle needs and didn't try to use sales speak. I bought a 2005 Ford Escape. I got a great vehicle at a great price. I will definitley buy my next vehicle from Robert Coronado and Sexton Ford. By the way, Robert is bilingual. He speaks excellent spanish. Just a FYI.
They sale used cars they dont look at before they sell them to the public....they did not treat me very well...couldnt talk to the manager personally and he just looked at the ground constantly...knowing they gave me 3 bad cars and the ebgines and trannies were no good....
We have purchased a number of new Ford vehicles from Sexton. The cars have received the usual scheduled oil /filter changes. We are TOTALLY Satisfied with the sales and service departments. They shuttled us to work and back while they did the services. Washed our cars. I can't say enough how we love this dealer! We will always buy Ford/Buy American and buy from Sexton
