We were looking at the Ford Escape SE online and saw that the one we wanted was at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. We submitted our inquiry online along with doing all our research. Kate reached out to us quickly by phone and also sent a video, showing us a large selection of Explorers. So when we spoke to Kate on the phone we confirmed what we were looking for and made an appointment. When we arrive she greeted us and looked over the vehicles we were interested in. Kate broke it down by asking what amenities we wanted and in minutes we picked the vehicle that had it all. And it wasn't even the most expensive. She did not pressure for the bigger sale.
