My wife and I went in to the dealership and first thing a salesman asked if he could help We were looking to buy a new car Then was told he was busy with someone else and said this salesman would help, but he was new and didn't know about anything on the cars and kept excusing himself So we left never to set foot on the lot again

Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the sales person who I had dealt with when purchasing a new van. He was never aggressive at any point of time but yet very helpful in answering all my questions about certain vehicles. Awesome!
