I have always brought my vehicles from Damian Marchitello. I called him as i was looking to purchase a used fuel efficient car at a decent price, he called me right back and told meHe will make something work. I came in and he showed me a Ford Focus, it was perfect for what I needed at the perfect price, the sale was quick and easy, I will definitely be using Damian and Smail in the future for all my new vehicles!

I must have had stupid written on my forehead. I was offered 40% of what another dealership offered me for my trade in. Mentioned that when they send the car to auction there are "seller" fees.. give me a break will never shop here again. The larger the Smail group gets the greedier you guys get.Bought a new Honda from another dealership.

In August, I bought a Honda AWD CR-V EX at Smail Honda Village. This is the second Honda Ive purchased there, and the buying experience got even better. Kim Johnson was our sales consultant. Kim was outstanding in all respects. She knows the cars very well. She patiently answered all of our questions in a professional, straightforward, and understandable way. We test drove 2 cars and Kim made sure we were thoroughly familiar with each one before we made our choice. We went in with a price in mind and Smail beat that price. The showroom is beautiful, bright, welcoming, and immaculate. The bathroom was even immaculate! Jim the manager and Bill the finance guy were also knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and tuned into our particular questions and needs. Everything about the Smail experience screams We care about our customers. We want you to have the best car-buying experience ever. We want you to love your new car. I will start off by saying that I do love my new Honda Accord. I also would like to say that I have no issues at all with my salesman, Joshua Petika. If you would choose Smail I would highly recommend Joshua because he did listen to what I requested, and he made it a point to make my experience as pleasant as possible. When I got there, we told Joshua what we were looking for and I found an Accord that I liked. Once we negotiated and reached a price, we shook hands and he told me that he would get my paperwork to a finance manager when one became available. This was at the end of a day on a Saturday, and Smail did appear to be rather busy. So we went and sat down and as time passed, we did walk around, have some coffee, etc. It definitely was the longest I ever had to wait for paperwork, but I understood that it was the end of the month and we appeared to be the last deal that had gotten in. During the wait, Joshua did come and check on us a few times and apologized for the wait. However after about an hour, the finance manager came out and said that he was now having trouble getting us financing. He asked if I was "flexible" with the amount that I had to pay each month. I told him that if I had to pay more than the amount that Joshua and I had agreed to, that I was walking - I also made it very clear that I would not be happy if I had waited at the dealership all this time for nothing. The finance manager went back into his office. Joshua came up to me afterwards and said that he heard the conversation and stated that he would make sure that we would get the deal that we agreed upon. After about 30 more minutes we finally got to go back to the finance manager's office. He tells me that our rate is going to be a dollar more a month. Granted this is only a dollar more than the agreed amount, but it still upset me because I felt that the rate should not be changing after we agreed on a price. The Finance Manager then told me that we "did NOT have a deal at that point" and I argued back that we did.. I explained that I would not appreciate any type of bait and switch and that I know he ran our credit because we filled out the credit release before we came to that price. What really upset me the most was just that despite having to wait an extraordinary amount of time and charging me a measly dollar more a month than was supposed to be charged is the general unapologetic nature of the manager himself. Unfortunately I do not have his name, and he is not listed on the website.Once everything was signed, Joshua escorted us to the car. I thanked him and told him that his service was great, but I will never deal with that finance manager again. A few days later, I received an email from a "Customer Relations Specialist" named Tina Callen. I sent her an email detailing my experience, and I did not receive so much as a reply. I had even called her office to see if she did receive my email and received no response there as well.In closing, I am happy with a lot of my experience. The amount I received for my trade in, the salesman, the amenities available were all top notch. The wait time was longer than what was reasonable but I accepted that. However I think it is absolutely absurd for me to be asked if I was willing to spend extra money after a deal was made AND after an hour wait. Smail also has done NOTHING to show me that their customer service would care about you after the sale. The Honda that I got before this was leased at Baierl, and I will be back there for my next one.Note: I did not put my salesman's name under the employees worked with because I think it is unfair to assign him to the 2 star rating.
