Nickle and dimed me to death. Car barely had enough gas in it to get me home after I bought it. Car wasn't washed or clean, dirty interior. Never cleaned the outside part of the car that I specifically asked them to do. If I didn't have such an urgent need for the car, I never would have driven it home or even paid for it. Very disappointed in South Pointe. I can not recommend anyone buying a car from them. They only seem concerned about selling a car and meeting quotas, and not helping a customer. I will not be back and I would suggest you look elsewhere for a car.

Heath was amazing! We test drove more that one car after 5pm and he was happy to do so - not in any rush! He showed us several cars and helped us pick the best one.
