Great customer service. Daniela is so lovely and patient. I was here a couple of months ago and when I came back to buy she even remember the kind of car that I was looking for.The finance person was really nice also, he explained everything in a easy way. I would recommend this dealer and of couse , Daniela, she is the best!!

I'm a busy wife and mom to five kids under ten years old. Lena, Eric, Peter, and all at Stamford Ford Lincoln have gone absolutely above and beyond to provide the very best customer service I could ever imagine. Let's be honest - they have become friends to me. They treat me like royalty and I couldn't be more grateful. Lena sold us our MKT six years ago and I loved it for 90,000 miles! Now I can't believe I'm driving a brand new 2017 Lincoln Navigator. I am overjoyed with the ways Lena has helped me decide what car was best for me. She was patient, informative, friendly and supportive. She was understanding when it took me awhile to decide on my next move. She always made sure I had a loaner when I needed service. Eric and Peter and all in service have helped me more than ever. Loner cars, personal service, and amazing car washes. Eric is the friendly face you need to see when you need service. I recommend Stamford Ford and Lincoln to all. Bob was very helpful in the final paperwork process. Lena is the best. I recommend her to everyone.

Barry Pasqualini is truly a pleasure to work with, and the redesigned Stamford Ford dealership is wonderful.Barry and I have worked together a few times, and he has been not only a great ally in choosing a car, he as also been able to anticipate my needs very well.I just picked up my second Ford Fusion, and the process couldn't have been simpler. Barry contacted me a number of times prior to my appointment, going over what was needed during each step of the way. When I say that it took less than three weeks from the first time Barry contacted me about my lease expiring soon with an option in hand, to the time I drove with my new car I am not exaggerating! When I arrived, Barry went over the car and the deal, and also took the time to talk me through the process of shifting the registration from one car to the other, which Stamford Lincoln will do for me, helping me out by not having to go to the DMV.Bob Katz was very helpful as well in the Finance department, making sure that the process went smoothly and quickly, but also took the time to explain everything very well. Barry went over the tech in the new car, knowing that I am a tech guy at heart. He was well versed in not only the differences from my new car to my old, but he also remembered that I am as interested in what's "under the hood" and talked to me a bit about the updated SYNC system.In all, it was a pleasure to work with Barry again, and I anticipate working with him in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at Stamford Ford! Lena and Gus assisted us in finding the perfect car for our needs. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman that taught us the technology in the car was very patient and kind. We will go back to Stamford Ford for our next automobile!

From start to finish this was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.The staff was respectful, friendly and made each visit easy and convenient. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Richard S. who was top notch and full of class. He never once came across as self serving or lackluster. His attention to detail and personality brought a huge level of ease and trust to the experience. I would fully recommend anyone considering a new vehicle to check out the Stamford Ford/Lincoln dealer.

I've been coming to Stamford Ford for more than 10 years for my vehicle needs. Everyone there treats me very courteously, and with the upmost respect. I can't say enough about Lena Spagnuolo, my salesperson. She's always there when I need her, and she's exceptionally easy to deal with and is the consummate professional. I always deal with Lena when I'm seeking a new vehicle, and she'll work with Dominick Franchella to find me the vehicle I'm looking for, and at the best price. I would defiinately recommend Lena to anyone who is looking for a new Ford vehicle or a used car!

I had the pleasure of leasing my last two vehicles through Stamford Ford/Lincoln. Can't say enough great things about the experience. I worked with Marco Salazar, in Sales, for both cars and he is a consummate professional. Reviewing and signing all paperwork with Tony Siciliano in Finance, was such an easy process. Before I was ready to leave with my new car, they had their Technology Specialist, Dan Sexton sit with me and walk me through the car's capabilities - very helpful and appreciated.Thanks again Stamford Ford/Lincoln, for putting the customer first and creating an enjoyable experience.
