I've had a great relationship with this dealership for years as a potential customer. I was very excited when they gave me a Jeep for a 2-day test drive last April - completely free of charge with no obligation to refill the gas tank! The only negative setback occurred recently when the salesperson with whom I'd been dealing with all this time took my order for a new truck then quit without telling me and, as I learned upon showing up at the dealership 6 weeks later, had never actually submitted the order to the factory! The dealership readily admitted they had dropped the ball, apologized and were willing to make it up to me. I figured everybody deserved a second chance so, I went back to them and they quickly found the truck with the exact colors and features I wanted and leased it to me on the terms that were quite good. The consultant assigned to me, Chad Kozumplik, has proven to be most helpful and, what I particularly appreciate, always staying in touch by phone and email.

I highly reccomend Suburban Jeep of Troy to everyone. Not only do they have a variety of vehicles to look at, but their facility is great, and their customer service is even better.

You once had more space in the waiting room, and TV's with a variety of programs to watch. Space is still nice, but a repeated program, on just one screen that only a few can really watch, gets old fast. The kids room I applaud.It was 'fun' to have hot dogs once. That was really nice. And it was fun to see people come in and take a chance on winning something. Slim chance, but still....it broke up the waiting.

We purchased a Jeep Cherokee last month with Steve's help. He is extremely patient and offers his 100% commitment to find the car you looking for. It took only two visits to the dealer and he found my dream car! We were not sure if we were going to find a car that was affordable for us and that also had everything that we needed and were looking for, but thanks to Steve we are driving an amazing vehicle. I will recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.

Sounds crazy, but I actually "like" bringing my family's vehicles in for service at this dealership. I can't say I "know" anyone over there, but I've dealt with George for all of my service work since the dealership opened and he and the team have been excellent. George does a great job getting back to me if I leave a message, he calls with the important decision topics and leaves out the "can I get you to buy a ______" conversation since the car is here. Additionally, when the team has noticed something during the repair process, he checks things first and if it's covered... he tell you "the tech noticed this, I see it's covered under your extended warranty... so we took care of that while it's in". I'll take that treatment all day every day.
