I haven't purchased the truck I'm looking for yet. I liked this truck but found another with less miles and 4 wheel drive that I'm considering.
We could not have been happier with our buying experience. We started the process online with the chat feature. Within minutes of my online chat Nick Alexander called us. His manner on the phone was helpful but not pushy. We were able to send pictures of our trade-in to Nick. So before we drove from Southern Indiana we knew if it was going to be worth our while. Nick had the car we were interested in waiting for us. Nick was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and really did a nice job going over the vehicle's features. The actual buying process was painless. We can't thank Nick enough. We will definitely contact him again for our next car purchase. It was worth the drive. We were not only impressed with Nick but with the way Swope did business. Thank you!
Will Lutes is the kindest, lowest-pressure salesman I have ever met. He made absolutely sure that my wife got a car that she's happy with and proud to show off. James was fantastic and knew a lot about the vehicle I was interested in. The GM, Ron, took time with me to explain their rebates and work with me and his Mitsubishi representative to get the best possible deal. I look forward to dealing with them in the future and I'm very excited about my new car. I highly recommend James and this dealership.
My wife and I have been looking at the Hyundai Santa Fe, and we were pre-approved from our bank for a certain loan amount that we wanted to stay within. The people at Swope Certified bent over backwards to get us the car that we wanted, and at a more than generous price. James Hood, the sales representative that attended to my wife and I, was helpful to a fault. James was not only transparent with us about all aspects of the buying process, but he made sure that we knew that the dealership's profit was secondary to our satisfaction. I wasn't expecting anything like this type of car buying situation, and I still can't believe the attention and price that we received. I was asked to leave a review on this site for Swope Certified, but to be honest about our experience. So with that, I can't recommend these guys enough! The dealership didn't waste my time going back and forth multiple times on the price or make me feel pressured in any way. We purchased our 2016 Tucson back in Sep. 2015 and have been very happy with it. Doug Weaver was professional, informative about the Tucson and was never pushy. I never felt pressured to "buy now". I shopped the Louisville dealers and decided to buy here to keep it "in house". I kept it local so I don't have to drive far for service and these people at Swope are local friends and neighbors and it keeps our local folks employed. They also have a great selection of vehicles to chose from too. I own 3 Hyundai vehicles and I am pleased with all of them.
I met with T. Jackson before the New Year. Even though I did not buy through him, I had to write this review. Mr. Jackson made me feel important and like I was the only person in the world he was worried about at the time. I really liked his layed back professionalism and honest demeanor.
