I worked with Jake ("Griff") on a 2010 VW New Beetle I saw online. He was very helpful with getting me photos of the vehicle and information about the car's maintenance history and any accidents it might have been in. He understood that I lived about 100 miles away and needed to schedule a test drive for a weekend. When he wasn't able to be there, he set me up with a co-worker, who let me test-drive the bug and gave me some info on financing. I ended up not getting the car because it wasn't quite what my "dream" is, but Jake and Bob were really great to work with. I would work with them again if a new vehicle need arose.

Called Chris Marshall about a Ford truck on the internet. He made several trips outside to the truck to answer my questions. He held the truck for me for 2 days till my wife and I could drive over to look at it. Chris was awesome to work with. The service by everyone at the dealership was great. Just purchased a brand new Nissan of which is the third vehicle purchased from Taylor's since 2010. This ended up being my wife's Valentines gift. She wanted a car with a real trunk. I lost a bit of my manhood by trading in my four wheel drive for a passenger car. The entire staff has always been helpful and willing to go the distance.
