Vehicle was advertised on Cars.com so I sent dealer a message on Cars.com and also on their own web site, asking for more information on a Thursday. Expected to hear from them on Friday and if I was happy with the response I was hoping to come purchase vehicle on Saturday during the hours that they said were open. Dealer didn't respond to either one of my requests until the following Monday around noon. I guess that they don't want to sell vehicles if they don't respond. Went and bought vehicle elsewhere.

The car I got was ideal! got a great deal! Thank u

They were really great, they didn't take long to do all they paperwork, the car i got was a chrysler 200 2011, it had several problems like a cracked windshields, some fram damage, and the tires were in bad condition but you get what you pay for here and in all honestly i coudent have asked for a better price i saved like $2000, it had some minor damage but it was well worth it. RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE SOME TIME TO GET MINOR FIXES. THE CAR RUNS GREAT AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY NOT PUSHY AND GAVE A GREATTT DEAL!!!!!

Every car I looked at was filthy, needed a jump start, one no gas. Customer service is out the window, you are are your own, even put the plate on yourself. Constantly flagging down someone to help and you have to go in the office every time. They are not prepared to sell cars. Almost there though, needs a lot of work. I get it that the cars aren't perfect but at least clean them up, put air in the tires, make sure they have gas instead of running around putting fires out.

Prices were okay

I was expecting the vehicle to be cleaner than what it was. Drove a couple different vehicles and they did not meet what I was looking for. Purchased a vehicle from another dealer that was in better shape and priced around the same prices.

ABSURD SERVICE

I had went there looking for a SUV and I had search multiple vehicles as most had suspension and brake issues. The reps were not of any assistance. As they also WILL not work with you and ask for half down which is absurd! I went somewhere else and got a SUV that was newer at the same price.

Buyer Beware!!!

BEWARE: Drove 30 miles to look at a vehicle featured on their website for over a week. They knew we were coming because we called 3 times. Vehicle was absolutely filthy. So many bugs on the windshield the wipers "smeared" them so you couldn't see. So much dirt on inside that if you brushed your hand over seats or dash, came back black. Smack seat and a dust cloud. Dead leaves and grass in door pockets and glove box. Broken dash pieces thrown on floor. Bag of chips under seat. GROSS and THIS is on a dealers lot!!! Vehicle ran, ok... had some issues that could be addressed. They just had some "bodywork" done the day we wanted to see it to fix the rust. Nothing a HEAVY layer of bondo and paint couldn't cover, right... RIGHT!!! To bad it was such a crappy job it stood out worse than rust. Won't holdup 6 months in Michigan!! Then the salesman... you know the stereo typical "used car salesman"... the one that will try to sell you anything, be overly friendly and helpful, while still covering things up. Not this guy... rude, like we were wasting his time. Wouldn't even get off his butt from his desk. After a test drive offered them $800 less than asking (will take at least $200 just to CLEAN and DISINFECT this vehicle) and he basically laughed. Offered him $200 less than asking, and he said, "no, good bye". These guys don't even deserve to be car salesman... they give the industry a bad name!!

Called on 6/6/14. Asked about a Saturn vue. I talked to (Fred) I let him know that I was driving over 1.5 hrs to look at the Vue. I asked a lot of questions. I asked if it had any problems and if anything needed fixing on it. Fred told me it was a trade in and was ready to go. We loaded up and headed over there. When we got there we talked to Fred, I told him who I was and he gave me the keys and a plate. Told me to test drive it and we can talk. Long story short, we never drove it. The air didn't work. needed a pully and belts and the seats were ripped. Was very sad they could not be honest with me as I had CASH in hand to buy it.

My wife and I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was a terrific experience and this experience was just as wonderful. We ended up purchasing a 1998 Buick Regal.

A GOOD DEAL FOR THE $$$

I purchased a decent used car from this dealer (and it was a good deal for the $$$) !!! The salesman (Gerald) was very helpful and did not even attempt to "steer" me into anything on the lot or talk me into anything I looked at (or took out for a test drive) !!! The owner of Telegraph Auto Sales (Fred) took care of the actual sale and it was a pleasure doing business with him !!!
