No pressure. Showed me the trucks I wanted to look at, Test drive was long enough to get a feel for the vehicle. Price was fair and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Even the warranty sales person was low pressure. Good experience.

The service department is the reason I looked to Terry Thompson for my vehicle. I have purchased other Chevy products locally, but have found that Terry Thompson has the best service department in the area. Jason Morris and Courtney are a pleasure to work with and have provided outstanding service and support on my 2005 Trailblazer and 2007 Silverado. One never knows what to expect when shopping for a vehicle. Gerard Sims is the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No pressure, straight answers, honest pricing. The finance guy, Steve, was a pleasure to deal with. Again, no pressure, straight answers. Everyone I had contact with from the receptionist when I first arrived to the detail person when I drove off with my new truck were professional, helpful and pleasant.

I made a new vehicle purchase 9-6-16. From beginning to driving my new PU off the lot I was treated as a 'value customer'. Additionally I made some add ons which were handled quickly, professionally and with a smile. I will gladly pass on my experience to my friends.*I had trouble sitting my garage door opener and when I sought help a representative traveled to my house after hours setting the device for me. I'd call that going the extra mile for a customer.

My Chevy Van sat in their shop for three days after I brought it in for a check engine light. The service manager called me with a price and other things that it needed. I agreed. Then on the third day they apparently just for the first time actually looked at it and told me I need to take my van to a shade tree mechanic because they did not think I wanted to spend the money it would take to fix another problem. My van is a 2004 Roadtrek conversion still worth 40,000 and they treated me like I was a nothing driving a junk car. They were very unprofessional, lied to me about what was wrong. Encouraged me to buy other services before they had to admit that they had told me all of that without even looking at it. I might add that I had a reservation for this repair and they still treated me anything EXCEPT like I was family like their advertising alleges. Not a good experience. I took my van there to get Chevrolet service but apparently they do not care if you did not buy it there. Avoid this repair shop!

My appointment was at 8:00. Once I got there they said they were informed the man that was to work on my car was not going to be there until 8:30. I was not informed ahead of time. I had told the man I live in Mobile and I have to take off work to bring my car there. Then I called to see if it was finished at time I was told it would be. I got cut off. Waited for 20 minutes called back and was told. Oh your car is ready. I asked why they didn't call and let me know. I had to go back to work. I ended up taking the day off because it took so long. I am coming back Friday. I hope they don't change time on me again.

Just bought a new 2015 Chevy Cruze. Made contact with the online sales manager, Mike Doane to complete the transaction. He was very helpful in facilitating the transaction. Concluding the sale was easy, not a lot of waiting around. Looking forward to my new experience with our new Chevy Cruze.
