It is rare to find a business in todays world, that makes you want to find people to send thier way. This is how I feel about Tindol. I am so surprised and impressed by the level of service of they provide. We drove nearly 3 hours to get to thier dealership - and it was worth every minute. I highly recommend!!

From start to finish my experience with Tindol Ford/Subaru was 5 Star all the way!!! From great online communications with Susan prior to my visit, to my onsite visit experience with Charles my salesman, to David in finance I couldn't have hoped for a better buying experience over all. I strongly advise anyone in the Charlotte/Gastonia area that is thinking about buying a new or used vehicle to give Tindol Ford a look. You won't be let down. I went in with preapproved financing with the best interest rate that I could find for a 60 loan and Tindol got me an even better rate in 20 minutes.
One week after purchasing a new f150 I had a flat tire at 300 miles on the truck. I found a small cotter pin punctured the tire in a non repairable area. I called Tindol and spoke to Chad on a Saturday and since the service dept. was closed at the time, he said " bring it in Monday and we'll try to do something for you". When I got there on Monday, Chad starts with the service dept. is separate from us and they're under no obligation to do anything for me. To top that off they didn't even have a new tire in stock only three used ones. I even called the service dept before driving from Charlotte and was told "yes, we have three in stock". Now I was being told they would have to order one and come back the next day. I asked Chad again what they were willing to do for me now? I was told basically they could do nothing and I should have purchased their road hazard warranty for $400.00 when it was offered at time of sale. I really don't recall being offered that but for that price I would have turned it down anyway. So I went to Discount Tire and they contacted the tire manufacturer and explained the 300 miles, new truck situation. The tire manufacturer covered 50% of the new tire cost! Thanks Discount Tire for making an effort for your customer. I even purchased road hazard insurance for the other tires at less than $100. That's called customer service!! Shame on you Tindol Ford. I'll never be back because you've shown me no reason to come back!
All 3 gentlemen we dealt with were really curious and good at their jobs. Our salesman was very professional and located what we were looking for quickly and saw that it met our needs.
From the moment I started this process, Dave and Eddie were both wonderful! They went above and beyond to make the difficult situation of getting a new car after having one totaled an overall positive experience. They were patient with me while I made up my mind, honest with me about the process, and also gave me the ability to make a good decision by providing me with ample time driving the car I was considering. I am extremely thankful for the support that they provided. It didn't seem like just "another car purchase" to these guys. They took an interest in my situation, my family, and had my best interest in mind every step of the way. I was raised in a family of Ford owners, so it is definitely in my blood to continue this family trend. This is my second Ford purchase in the past 4 years and I could not say enough positive words about this dealership and the employees that work there. Thank you for everything!
This salesman is the example to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle. He has no pressure helpful approach to the automotive purchasing process. I felt no pressure or obligation to anything. I didn't even purchase a vehicle until 6 months after I first met him and he treated me just as nice as when I walked away as when I came back. That is the test of not just a great salesman but a great person. Not once did he try to sell me something I didn't ask for. He also didn't want me to settle on something else because he knew what would make me happy as a customer. I have referred people I know to him several times already and will ONLY use him as my salesperson moving forward. I plan on getting another vehicle for my family in a few years and I hope he is still at this dealership and doing what he is good at, being a great and honest person. He has completely changed the way that I feel about the car buying process.....and that's for the better. FYI 2016 Mustang GT (fantastic car, highly recommend one!)
I'd like to thank Susan Howell for all the help finding me the exact Mustang GT I was looking for! I had a specific trim and color I was looking for and she was able to find it for me in another state and bring it in.
