Have a good selection of cars however they are severely overpriced on most if not all. Even when presented with KBB and Car gurus price analysis sales reps refused to come down to even the upper limits of fair value. Disappointing negotiations. Netorious in the military community for overselling and price gauging, I thought I would at least give them a fair shake to see for myself. The opinions were factual. I am giving them two stars instead of one because despite their excessives pricing the sales reps are very respectful and have a down to earth way of speaking with the customers. I would recommend staying away from these guys unless you do very in depth research on the vehicle you are interested in. Don't let them force you into a car you want for way to much money

I just purchased my 2016 Countryman S ALL4 from Shaan and John at Tom Bush MINI. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this team. They are always honest and up front. No hidden costs and out the door with the price agreed upon. I would highly recommend the team at Tom Bush MINI if you are in the market for a new or used MINI!

This is the first time I have been to the Mini Service Dept. since 2007 and felt like I was imposing on the service rep's day. Not friendly, helpful, or anything like I am accustomed to. What a disappointment. No stars.I had to put stars to submit.

From the moment I stepped foot through the door to test drive the Mini Roadster, to the moment I received word that my new Mini Cooper S Coupe was delivered and drove off the lot, I knew I was at the right dealership. Tom Bush Mini exceeded my expectations in many ways. My Motoring Advisor, Paula Meddings, was a god send. She took down my model choice, color choice and options and searched the dealer websites and listings for the perfect Mini Cooper S Coupe. The very next day, Paula texted me with great enthusiasmexclaiming her triumphant location of the perfect Mini, the only one like it in the U.S. That was all she wrote...I was hooked. I knew this was the car for me. The team at Mini went to work securing the car and having it transported to their dealership. Paula was constantly in contact with me, texting me and responding to my texts frequently. On the day I walked into the dealership to pick up my car my experience was like a dream and a whirlwind. Everyone at the dealership treated me as if I was a celebrity and would constantly ask me if I was excited...even the guy's in the service department (Luis Gonzalez and Sean Mollica). I would answer with a resounding, yes! The financing was as expected...there were no hidden agendas or surprises with my price or monthly payments. It was as agreed upon. Dan Fagan handled my finance experience and made it such a pleasure to spend money...really! It was very memorable...just like you are a part of their family...that is how well they treated me. Five stars is not enough for this dealership. From the Service Team, Beth Hunter and Kayla Niznik, to the gentleman that detailed my car, the entire Tom Bush Mini family welcomed me into the fold with outstretched hands. I am new to the Mini family... had a Fiat and wanted more out of my car. Went to Mini for my sister who also got a new Mini after trading in her first Mini for a brand new Coupe and I just decided to see if I could do anything. Paula and Rob both worked for me to get me the best deal and were always friendly and patient and in the end, I walked away with a new Mini Hardtop and I LOVE IT!! The whole experience was awesome and I would definitely tell anyone to go to Tom Bush Mini, they will get the best bang for their buck!!

I am still currently having problems with my mini but there is not a negative thing I could say about the employees of Tom Bush Mini! They have been the most helpful bunch I have met. I wish I knew the names of the techs that are working on my car, I only know Beth and Andrew by name but they have answered every question I have ever thrown their way. My car has been in the shop twice already for 2 months and it headed back today but I would be going crazy if it weren't for them! They helped me settle my bill, paid for my car to be towed to them and did it all with a smile. I can't say that I would but another Mini at this time but they would be the only ones to change my mind. My car is just a very very difficult case and I thank them for understanding and helping me.

My wife and I are both totally delighted with the sales experience we had at Tom Bush Mini located at 9875 Atlantic Blvd. Daniel, our Sales Consultant and Todd, our Motoring Adviser helped us through the entire process with never a hint of sales pressure. They really took their time to help us make a decision and always fully answered any questions we had. They worked together as a team and we felt equally comfortable dealing with either one of them over the couple of weeks that we spent deciding on our purchase. After the purchase, they have continued to be extremely helpful. In addition, the Sales Manager, Rob, and all the staff we dealt with were really great in assisting us throughout the process. Thanks to all of you at Tom Bush Mini for making this a really pleasurable purchase. Also, we LOVE our Mini Cooper!

Very low pressure sales. They were all very helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed. Our salesman took his time and made sure we got what we wanted.
