Genuine and with the advancements of technology, have to say its not as harrowing as days of yesteryore. That being said my first car out of college was a Honda Civic, most reliable car I've owned. Stepped from my Subaru Outback with the blown head gaskets (x2) to a loaded, used, low mileage CRV. Back to reliability with the AWD made for the NW.

Manny provided a very nice experience in buying a new car. He worked very hard to find a deal within my budget and was thorough in providing the information about the deal. Once the car was purchased he did not change his calm approach even though the dealership was closed. He made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle's features before we left the lot.
