Every part of our experience was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Stockton Coffey. He answered all of our questions, showed us how to use many features of the car, installed my wife's phone, and generally did an excellent job!

My 2008 Avalon needed some TLC. The young woman who greeted me at I pulled in the service bay pulled up my car's history and sent me to lobby where she mentioned snack and a complimentary chair massage would be provided. I set aside 2 hours for the lengthy services needed. I was updated in less than an hour by Anthony Durbin to allow me some choices for other items that needed attention. My husband and I have purchased many new vehicles from this dealership, and one of the reasons we keep going back is their service department. In my book, they are top notch.

Toyota of Cleveland is an excellent establishment. They take care of their customers, are very patient, and are not pushy in the least. The showroom is clean and impressive. The refreshment area is a nice touch as well.
They were very helpful, and Alfred was phenomenal! Kyle in finance was very thoroughly and walked me through all the steps even when I was stressed out. Juanita from internet sales was also wonderful!!
