I stopped in to the dealership late in 2014, just window shopping to decide what kind of car I would buy. I tried several and liked the Prius C best. I already had a Tundra and knew that I wanted another Toyota. I actually didn't intend to buy until January of 2015 as I was going to take a distribution from my 401k and pay cash for the car. I was on the way to a destination about 30 miles away and in a hurry so I tried to arrange a test drive on my way back by. Chuck Gillis (the best salesman I have ever dealt with) suggested that I drive one of theirs for the rest of my trip and see if I liked it. I explained about not buying one that day and he said it made no difference. He took my info and sent me on my way. When I returned he explained that they had checked and I was approved for 0% interest. That sealed the deal for me and I bought that day. Everyone that I have dealt with there has been friendly and helpful. They will get my business in the future.
We bought a 2014 prius v at a price as expensive as the 2015 prius v The back hatch will not open by walking up to it without having the key out This is very inconvenient when not having your hands free When approached the dealership we were told this model is not equipped with that function We asked what the trade in price was with no response from the dealership
I have been considering leasing a vehicle for some time. I had a 2010 Prius that I bought new from the same dealership. When I discussed leasing only a Prius, Matt and Shannon worked diligently for me to get me into a new 2014 Prius with just my trade and a beautiful color. Love the friendliness and sincerity of those guys! This dealership deserves Kudos for their staff!
In an extensive search on a strict budget, I had visited several Dealerships and test drove several vehicles. Mr. Sheets was the FIRST sales associate that wasn't pushy, actually listened to what I had to say, went above and beyond in ensuring our needs were met and was quite enjoyable to talk to in the entire process. He helped end a 3 month nightmare in a search for a car. Kuddos Mr. Sheets!!

Found a great deal on a certified '07 Sienna; Jason Soules, Internet Mgr, was very prompt in returning e-mails and calls, sending extra photos... whatever was asked for, he delivered exactly what he promised. Dealer sold car for advertised price plus modest ($149) dealer fee. I arranged for a car carrier to pick up the van and bring to our home 4 states over. Jason ensured it got loaded correctly, and that the documentation was passed with the driver. Vehicle arrived exactly as described, in great condition, no surprises. Will buy a second car from them, sight unseen, without reservation.
