I appreciated your Recall Notice, before I received mine in the mail, and was fortunate enough to have the issue taken care of quickly.The gentleman, who took my information in the service area was most pleasant, and had everything checked so that I am very comfortable that my Lacrosse is ready for a trip down South when I decide to go. I have had very bad experiences in Florida in the past, at the Buick dealers, an hopefully, I will not have to have anything done before I get back home.This was my first experience with the Service Department, and your facilities are the most pleasant that I have ever been in. I have to say this was probably the easiest car I've bought! John K. was very accommodating with what I had going on... My 4yr old daughter with me, being upside down on my trade and not having a lot of time for negotiations. Also, the business manager was very reseptive to my situation. I can't say enough about this place. I would definately go back in the future!
